With With the continuous development of infrastructure construction industry,the oil storage tank has become one of the indispensable tools in many construction sites due to the huge amount of oil consumed by large construction vehicles and various machines.Due to the dispersive and remote location of construction sites,there are some management problems such as inaccurate measurement,poor real-time performance,oil theft,oil leakage,and untimely oil replenishing during the operation of oil storage tanks on construction sites.Today,with the rapid development of the Internet,the establishment of real-time monitoring system for oil storage tank,monitoring the change of oil in the tank and real-time automatic recording can make this kind of problem solved to a large extent.This paper mainly analyzes the factors that affect the measurement accuracy of oil quantity in the actual use of oil storage tanks in construction sites to improve the accuracy of oil monitoring.First by analyzing the site actual environmental impact factors,design the guyed displacement sensor as oil tank oil level height measuring instrument,and has made the correlation analysis of sensor error caused by factors,design the thread the oil level sensor,liquid level height,and according to the internal winding rope technology designed to reduce sensor error drum and pull the spool to the displacement brought by error compensation;Followed by oil tank geometry,with the method of definite integral is established mathematical model of oil level height and the quantity of oil storage tanks caused by deformation of foundation and analysis in displacement with oil level height and the mathematical model of oil is not accurate,oil tank oil level height change,deflection Angle is established and the mathematical model between the oil;Then simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the optimal displacement Angle of oil level height change,displacement Angle and oil output.Finally,in ABAQUS software,a 5kg spherical stone was used to impact the oil storage tank at a speed of 50m/s and20m/s,respectively.Through the node path analysis established at the deformed part after impact,the deformed surface was divided into four regular surfaces,and the deformed surface was fitted by using the least square method and the second-order space surface.A modified model of the mathematical model for the change of oil level height and oil output of the cylinder storage tank after the tank is deformed by impact is established.Through the comparison and analysis of actual data and literature data,the research of this paper has certain theoretical analysis and practical application value.
