Piezoelectric ceramics are widely used in many fields such as power plants,aviation and automobiles.They are the basic materials for the preparation of piezoelectric buzzers,ultrasonic transducers,filters and piezoelectric transformers,which greatly facilitate people's lives.Although the piezoelectric ceramic powder preparation technology is very mature,the sewage treatment and simplified process after ceramic preparation have attracted widespread attention.The introduction of new ceramic preparation methods to develop ceramic materials with high Curie temperature and high voltage electrical properties is one of its very important research directions.In this paper,the oxide-hydrothermal method will be used to prepare PZT based piezoelectric ceramics with high-performance PZT based piezoelectric ceramics with high-voltage electrical constant and high Curie temperature.The details are as follows:(1)A new component BNT is introduced on the basis of PZT based piezoelectric ceramics to form a new(1-x)PZT-x BNT solid solution.Use the controlled variable method to fix the hydrothermal synthesis temperature and hydrothermal synthesis time.By changing the amount of BNT component introduced,the influence of BNT component on PZT-BNT piezoelectric ceramics was studied.The results show that when the BNT component content is x=0.30,the ceramic has excellent comprehensive electrical properties:d33=501p C/N,Kp=0.52,?m=6840,tan?=7.9%,TC=245?,?=1.8625.(2)Under the premise of fixed ceramic formula and hydrothermal synthesis time,explore the influence of different hydrothermal synthesis temperatures on pre-synthesized PZT-BNT ceramic powder and ceramic samples.And compared with the performance of solid phase synthesis ceramics.The results show that the electrical properties of the ceramic prepared by the solid-phase method are:d33=420p C/N,TC=224.5?.When the hydrothermal synthesis conditions are T=200?,t=12h,d33and TCare 501p C/N and 245?,respectively.(3)Under the premise of fixed ceramic formula and hydrothermal synthesis temperature,explore the influence of different hydrothermal synthesis time on pre-synthesized PZT-BNT ceramic powder and ceramic samples.The results show that when the hydrothermal synthesis conditions are T=200?,t=12h,ceramics have excellent electrical properties.Consistent with the initial experimental conditions.(4)Under fixed hydrothermal treatment conditions,explore the effects of different Zr/Ti ratios on the properties of pre-synthesized PZT-BNT ceramic powders and ceramic samples.The results show that Zr/Ti is near 0.5/0.5,forming a quasi-homotype phase boundary,and the PZT-BNT ceramic system has better electrical properties.
