High-speed precision roll grinder is an indispensable important production equipment in the field of modern metallurgical production.As the core component of CNC roll grinder,online measuring equipment is the key to improving production efficiency and system automation.The measurement method currently used by domestic roll grinder manufacturers is a two-point contact measurement method.This type of measurement method is simple in transmission and does not require multiple rolls to be transported on the machine,which improves work efficiency to a certain extent;but its shortcomings are also obvious.Measure while processing.If the measurement accuracy is not high,it cannot participate in the program calculation,and cannot modify the processing parameters in a timely manner.In order to solve this problem,the paper did the following research:First of all,through studying and studying previous research results,a three-point method non-contact measurement system for roll online measurement is proposed.This method is based on the least square method to evaluate the roundness error and uses the three-point method error separation technology(EST)to separate the spindle The mathematical model of the method is established based on the MATLAB platform,and the error source of the three-point method is analyzed.Based on the mathematical model of error separation,a mathematical model of the influence of the positioning angle error on the measurement accuracy is established.And simulation verified the correctness of the model.After that,this paper designs the mechanical structure of the measuring device based on the working principle of the three-point non-contact measuring device of the CNC roll grinder,laying the foundation for the design of the measuring system system controller;and in order to improve the adjustment mechanism of the three-point non-contact measuring device of the CNC roll grinder.Smooth operation and reduce the maximum force of the adjusting hydraulic cylinder.The subsequent optimization part of this chapter first derives the force of the hydraulic cylinder,the rate of change of the expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder,and the displacement of point D in the normal direction of the CD connection line based on the mathematical model of the adjusting mechanism.Mathematical expressions,thereby establishing an optimization model.Then,on the basis of the optimized mechanical structure,the adaptive backstepping control system based on RBF neural network is used to control the motion position of the three-point non-contact measurement system of the CNC roll grinder,so as to obtain the periodic reference trajectory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of the control system of the three-point non-contact measurement equipment of the CNC roll grinder.Firstly,the mechanical model of the non-contact three-point measuring device is deduced according to its measuring principle and mechanical structure.In order to reduce the difficulty of controller design and ensure the real-time performance of the system,the model reference adaptive system is used to reduce the order.Then,the backstepping controller design and stability analysis based on RBF neural network are carried out based on the reduced order system.Then,the periodic sinusoidal signal is used for simulation to verify the correctness of the proposed adaptive backstepping control system based on RBF neural network.Finally,this article analyzes the online measurement function of the three-point noncontact measurement system of the CNC roll grinder.Based on the RS232 communication protocol,Visual Studio is used as the development platform,and the software development work is carried out on the upper computer with C# language,and the DSP development board is used as The core components set up an experimental platform to realize the communication coordination between the upper computer and the lower computer.
