With the development of The Times,people have more understanding of ceramic art.In modern art,ceramics,as a kind of material,has been given more significance.As a major focus of the study of ceramic materials,ceramic additives have been used since ancient times,such as ancient sand-encrusted pottery,carbon encrusted pottery,mica encrusted pottery,etc.And the additive,used in the creation of modern ceramics,has a richer variety,such as volcanic rock,perlite,high temperature resistant kiln accessories,etc.This paper will be based on the Yingjing stoneware,natural stone material,fiber soil three aspects of practice and exploration as a breakthrough point,specifically discuss the use of additives in the creation of modern pottery.Through the practice of production to further improve the creative skills,further deepen the understanding of ceramic materials.
