At present,myopia in children and adolescents is showing a development trend of "younger,accelerated,spread,and severe".In 2018,under the cordial care of General Secretary Xi Jinping,prevention and control of myopia formally became a "national strategy." In 2020,affected by the new crown pneumonia epidemic,the popularity of online classes and the serious shortage of outdoor activities for students have led to "accelerated decline in the reserve of hyperopia" and "accelerated growth of myopia." Research data from the Ministry of Education pointed out that in the first half of 2020,the myopia rate of primary and secondary school students in my country increased by 11.7%,of which the myopia rate of primary school students increased by 15.2%.As a frontier for myopia prevention and control,the school plays an extremely important role in the advancement of myopia prevention and control work.Science popularization,screening,and intervention of myopia require a lot of human and material resources.Therefore,prevention and control of myopia on campus is inseparable from social welfare intervention.Since the public welfare activities for myopia prevention and control on campus have not been effectively carried out,most parents are unable to grasp the changes in their children’s eyesight,resulting in the failure to implement scientific precision interventions in the later stage,which seriously affects the realization of the national myopia prevention and control goals.The subject provides insight into the problems and opportunities of the campus myopia prevention and control public service system from the perspective of service design,and aims to improve the service system,optimize the service process,and promote the sustainable development of the campus myopia prevention and control public service system.The research ideas of this article are as follows: First,conduct basic theoretical research.Conduct basic theoretical research in the areas of myopia prevention and control and service design for children and adolescents.Secondly,through field inspections and desktop research,a preliminary analysis of service modules,service processes,and related stakeholders are carried out.Use questionnaire surveys and user interviews to summarize the behavioral characteristics of key figures,establish typical user portraits,analyze user journey maps and important interactive touch points,deeply dig out user needs and design opportunities,and summarize them.Thirdly,a service design strategy based on three levels of collaboration and participation,system optimization,and user experience is proposed,and the strategy and demand transformation are combined to form a design opportunity point.Finally,the mobile application platform and product design practices are output for the key touch points based on the service design strategy and the service system diagram.The research results and main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,with the help of service design research methods,the campus myopia prevention and control public welfare activity system is sorted through qualitative and quantitative analysis,and the pain points are explored from the three aspects of myopia science,myopia screening,and myopia tracking.,And analyze the needs of relevant stakeholders.Second,based on the collaborative participation of campus myopia prevention and control public welfare design strategy and model construction.To build a multi-level and multi-dimensional collaboration relationship,non-profit organizations,students,teachers,parents,volunteers and other stakeholders have different needs for collaboration,and build a collaborative service design strategy;third,a system-optimized campus myopia prevention and control public welfare design strategy.In the current campus myopia prevention and control public welfare services cannot integrate effective resources,and the operation of the service system is difficult to achieve sustainability,building a composite public service network combining online and offline;fourth,campus myopia prevention and control public welfare design based on user experience Strategy.Construct a public service platform for myopia prevention and control on campus,connect multiple scenarios with vision files as the core,and combine important touch points with the platform.Fifth,the design strategy guides the "EYE WORLD" campus myopia prevention and control public welfare service mobile application and the "Dr.Eye" vision monitoring smart table lamp myopia prevention and control product design practice.
