Customized Wooden Door Flexible Production Workshop Control System Design

The production mode of the customized wooden door manufacturing enterprises is a typical multi-variety,scalable batch mode.Due to the factors such as the diversity of product and the complexity of the production process,this model has the problems of the insufficient production flexibility and the difficulty in order delivery.This dissertation takes the wooden door production workshop as the research object and develop a management and control system with the digital information technology to meet the current development needs of the customized wooden door flexible production workshop.Firstly,the production process of wooden door manufacturing workshop is combined and the demands of the company is analysed,the overall framework of workshop management and control system is designed based on the current situation and existing problems of the workshop.Secondly,in view of the defects of barcode technology in the automatic data collection and identification of the manufacturing process,based on RFID technology,the monitoring data collection model for the production process is established to realize the collection and processing of the production information during the operation of the workshop;For the difficulty in data collection of the workshop equipment,the equipment data collection system is developed to obtain equipment operating data from different sources to realize multi-source equipment data integration;Combined with WIP track information and real-time status of equipment,transforming the scheduling problems into multi-stage decision-making problems,the hybrid flow shop scheduling algorithm based on deep reinforcement learning,whose effectiveness are demonstrated by examples,is proposed to meet the order-responsive manufacturing process.Finally,the prototype system for the management and control of the wooden door production workshop is developed by the softwares such as the Visual Studio2019 and the My SQL.The customized wooden door flexible production workshop management and control prototype system designed in this paper has initially realized the management and control process of order import,production scheduling and manufacturing process monitoring.The research contents provide effective solution for achieving transparency in the production process of the wooden door manufacturing workshop,improving production efficiency and ensuring the orders being delivered on time.
