| This subject comes from the national science and technology major special project "Domestic screw guide rail manufacturing equipment Demonstration and Application Project".In view of the lack of existing detection devices for ball screw and nut raceway profile in China,this paper developed a rapid detection device for ball screw and nut raceway profile,providing a feasible method and device for ball screw pair manufacturers to quickly detect the parameters of ball screw pair.In order to solve the problem of missing the classification standard of the profile error accuracy in China,a method of the profile parameter error accuracy classification based on the friction moment influence analysis is proposed.In order to meet the domestic ball screw pair industry for the ball screw pair profile parameter testing,testing and evaluation requirements.The measuring principle of raceway profile is studied.On this basis,the mechanical structure of leadscrew and nut profile detecting device,hardware and software of measurement and control system are designed respectively.Automatic measurement of the raceway profile of lead screw and nut is realized.The shortcomings of preprocessing algorithm in data processing algorithm are analyzed.Firstly,the traditional method of linear dividing circular arc is adopted,and the calculated profile parameters are random.To solve this problem,the method of Angle dividing circular arc is proposed.Through experimental simulation,it is proved that the raceway profile parameters calculated by using the raceway arc and Angle division method are more regular.With the increase of Angle,the arc parameter finally converges.Second,the accuracy of the arc is not high when the discrete points collected by the detection system are not uniformly distributed on the arc.To solve this problem,an algorithm of arc data homogenization is proposed.The experiment and simulation analysis of two proposed arc homogenization algorithms and the original algorithm are also carried out.It is concluded that new data points are selected from the arc data points divided by Angle with an interval Angle of 0.1°,and the parameter accuracy of raceway profile calculated from the new data points is the highest.The error of screw rod and nut profile detection system is analyzed,and the error compensation method is designed.The experimental scheme was designed and the experimental flow was determined.The measurement accuracy and repeatability of the screw and nut profile detection system were verified respectively.By analyzing the experimental results,the measurement precision and repeatability of the screw and nut profile detection system meet the experimental requirements.The friction moment model of ball screw pair with single nut is obtained according to Hertz contact theory.Then,the global sensitivity of the friction moment model was analyzed by SOBOL sensitivity analysis method,and the influence of ball screw pair configuration parameters on the friction moment was analyzed.The change of arc radius of the lead screw raceway and the change of median diameter difference of the lead screw nut have the greatest influence on ball lead screw pair.On this basis,the method of parameter precision classification of screw and nut profile is studied: The weight of profile parameters of ball screw or nut is distributed,and the precision of profile parameters of ball screw or nut is classified according to the existing classification standard of friction moment of ball screw pair.Taking 4010 ball screw pair as an example,the precision of the ball screw profile parameter error is classified. |
