Asphalt pavement thermal regeneration technology can effectively reduce engineering costs,maintain limited natural resources,and is widely used in asphalt pavement maintenance.When using local thermal regeneration technology,the RAP doping volume is often high,the recycled asphalt mixture is too hard,the scene is difficult to compact,and it is easy to crack in the later stage.At this time,the regenerative agent needs to be added to soften the asphalt mixture and improve the performance of aging asphalt.At present,the asphalt regeneration agent commonly used on the market has a large viscosity at room temperature,and the regeneration effect of SBS modified asphalt pavement is average.It needs to be preheated during use,which is a waste of energy and easy to cause environmental pollution.For the first time,this study has applied ultrasonic emulsification technology to asphalt-related fields.It is committed to preparing a better liquidity and at room temperature.It is suitable for SBS modified asphalt pavement on the ground with heat regeneration.The rubber oil is selected for the base oil of the regenerant,and the plasticizer,anti-aging agent,modifier,and the like are added,and the high solids emulsified regeneration agent J is prepared by ultrasonic emulsification mechanism.Contrast analysis of self-made emulsified regenerant J and the self-performance of both domestic regeneration agents A and C,found that emulsion-type J regeneration has higher safety and anti-aging.By regenerative agent viscosity and test and spray test,it indicates that the emulsified regenerative agent J has good fluidity,and the construction requirements can be met at normal temperature.The optimum amount of the three regenerations of A,C and J were determined by regenerating asphalt,and the optimum amount of the three regenerations of A,C and J was 9%,6%,and 9%,respectively.Through DSR,BBR and pneumatic rebound tests of asphalt,the rheological recovery ability of the three regenerants on aged SBS modified asphalt is analyzed.The rutting factor shows that the high-temperature rutting resistance of J recycled asphalt is better than that of a and C recycled asphalt,and the ratio of creep rate to creep stiffness m/s shows that the low-temperature crack resistance of J recycled asphalt is significantly better than that of a and C recycled asphalt,The pneumatic rebound test shows that J regenerant can effectively restore the deformation recovery rate of aged SBS modified asphalt.Infrared spectroscopy and fluorescence microscopy,after SBS modified asphalt aging,the internal SBS polymer decomposes,and the J regenerant can effectively supplement the destroyed SBS modifier in the aging SBS modified asphalt,re-internal SBS modified asphalt internal To form a mesh structure,thereby increasing the high and low temperature performance of the regenerative asphalt.In order to analyze the effects of different regenerative agents on the performance of regenerative asphalt mixture,through high temperature rutting test,low temperature beam test,freeze-thaw split test,burger rut test,no side-limit compressive strength test,single-axis penetration test,OT test,dynamic modulus test,trapezoidal cantilever beam test Evaluation of high and low temperature performance,water stability,shear performance,anti-crack performance,dynamic modulus and fatigue properties,and results showed that the J reproduced asphalt mixture The overall road performance is better than the other two regeneration asphalt mixtures.It introduces the construction process and construction processes in the ground hot regeneration in the local thermal regeneration project,which is introduced to the construction process and construction process in the ground,and the regenerative asphalt pavement is conducted.The results show that the asphalt pavement,flatness,friction coefficient,water seepage,and compaction of the emulsified regenerative agent J meet the specification requirements.
