Geographical Variation Of Provenance (parental) Of Rhubarb And Its Formation Mechanism

Rhubarb is the drying root and rhizome of Polygonaceae plant Rheum palmatum L.,Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.or Rheum offcihale Baill,which is commonly used bulk herbs,also is widely used.According to geographic distribution rhubarb varieties can be divided into " Liangzhou rhubarb "," Quanshui rhubarb "," Hezhou rhubarb "," Xining rhubarb ","Zhuanglang rhubarb"," Minxian rhubarb "," Qingshui rhubarb ","Ya Huang ".However,in recent years,due to the large number of rhubarb,the quality of the medicinal materials and growth traits are very different,so it is necessary to study the genetic and environmental mechanisms of the geographical variation of rhubarb.This paper selected Sichuan,Qinghai,Gansu,Shaanxi,Ningxia 4 provinces and 1 autonomous region of the 29 rhubarb origin of sampling points,and these areas produced by wild rhubarb as experimental materials,based on LC-MS modern analysis technology,a LC-MS method was established for the analysis of the quality of rhubarb,did the analysis of the 25 medicinal components of qualitative and quantitative,did the analysis of the 6 medicinal components of qualitative and semi quantitative,at the same time the 31 medicinal ingredients according to different pharmacological effects was divided into 7 types of functional components,to explore the efficacy of different component,with internal quality analytical of Rheum officinale;the growth traits were measured in different areas,the research of rhubarb combined with external quality;molecular phylogeography of evidence analysis of geographic variation of rhubarb in different area of chloroplast matK haplotypes in the leaves;to investigate the mechanism of formation of geographic variation in the combination of ecological environment from different environmental factors.Through this study defined the quality character of different areas rhubarb,explored the forming quality of rhubarb genetic mechanism and environmental mechanisms,which laid the solid foundations including carrying out studying on the quality evaluation of Radix Rhizoma Rhei,rhubarb fine varieties breeding and directional cultivation exclusive quality rhubarb.
