In recent years,China’s medical and health undertakings are facing new challenges while meeting the health needs of the people.In the medical affairs,the more and more common problem of doctor-patient relationship is becoming increasingly prominent and acute.The frequent occurrence of doctor-patient conflicts,the escalation of the intensity of conflicts between doctors and patients,the tense situation of doctor-patient relationship has become a hot issue of public concern.Through the analysis of the reasons for the tense relationship between doctors and patients,the author found that in modern medical service,TCM students only focus on the physical recovery of patients,but ignore the psychological,social,economic,cultural and environmental factors of patients,which requires medical staff to provide more humanistic care for patients.However,medical and social workers are also facing various pressures and need to play an intermediary role as a third party.This study takes two hospitals in Foshan City,Guangdong Province as the research object.It mainly adopts the methods of observation and interview to collect first-hand data.Combined with literature analysis,it uses system theory to analyze the status and causes of doctor-patient relationship in Foshan City,China,and discusses the service practice of medical social work involving in doctor-patient relationship The result is that we try to put forward a more effective and innovative integration model of medical social work involved in the relationship between doctors and patients.This paper holds that harmonious doctor-patient relationship meets the needs of social development.As a third party,medical social work has the feasibility and necessity to intervene in the integration mode of doctor-patient relationship,which has the irreplaceable advantages of other professional methods.The integration mode is not simply care for doctors and patients,or care for patients,but consider the sub-systems that affect the contradictions between doctors and patients,including hospital management and the front-line of medical care,comprehensive care of doctors and patients and their interaction,assessment of patients and their families’ comprehensive needs and care services,micro system and meso system,macro system integration,and the use of social work professional direct services Service and indirect service methods provide services for doctors and patients.To a certain extent,it can alleviate the tense relationship between doctors and patients,relieve the pressure of medical staff,promote the communication and interaction between doctors and patients,and build a socialist harmonious society.This paper summarizes the research problems from five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the background of the topic,the significance of the research,the definition of related concepts,what is the research status of this issue at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas and research methods of the paper.The second part introduces the current situation of doctor-patient relationship in Foshan and the causes of the problem,and explains the feasibility of medical social work involving in the problem.The third part introduces the practice of introducing two kinds of medical social work models of caring for medical care and caring for patients into the relationship between doctors and patients,and compares the effectiveness of two kinds of medical social work projects in solving the problem of the relationship between doctors and patients.The fourth part is the exploration of the integration service mode of medical social work involving in the problem of doctor-patient relationship,focusing on the connotation and practical application of the integration service mode,and evaluating the effectiveness of the integration mode of medical social work involving in the problem of doctor-patient relationship.The fifth part is mainly to summarize the conclusions of this study,and put forward constructive suggestions for the implementation of the integration mode of medical social work. |
