Clinical Study On Early Symptoms Of Rib Fracture (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome) Treated With Huoxue Shugan Decoction

Objective:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Shugan decoction in the treatment of early symptoms of rib fracture(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),and further provide theoretical basis for Huoxue Shugan decoction in the treatment of orthopedic diseases.Methods:In this study,60 patients with rib fracture from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected from the Department of orthopedics and traumatology of Hunan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,The treatment group was treated with Huoxue Shugan decoction,and the control group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction.After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs such as pain,swelling,ecchymosis,chest pain,functional activity and hemorheology were observed and recorded.Results:① Before treatment,there were no significant differences in general conditions,symptoms and signs,syndrome scores and hemorheology indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was comparability between the two groups;②in terms of total effective rate,the treatment group(Huoxue Shugan method)was 93.3%,while the control group(Huoxue Huayu method)was 86.67%,which was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05);in terms of improving the overall symptoms,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)In terms of physical signs,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);in terms of single symptoms and signs,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving pain,ecchymosis,chest pain and functional activity(P<0.05);in terms of improving swelling,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).③In terms of improving hemorheological indexes,the two groups of patients after treatment were effective in improving hemorheological indexes such as whole blood viscosity high shear,medium shear,low shear and plasma viscosity,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study believes that Huoxue Shugan decoction is an effective prescription for the early treatment of rib fracture,its curative effect is significantly better than the traditional classic prescription Taohong Siwu Decoction,and its safety is good;in the early treatment of rib fracture,Huoxue Shugan decoction has more advantages than simple Huoxue Huayu method in improving the total effective rate,clinical symptoms and signs,and hemorheology indexes.
