Objective:In this study, the subjects were the patients with hypertension(Hyperactivity of liver yang)during the recovery period of cerebral infarction. It studied the regulating effect of“Acupuncture method of invigorating blood circulation and wind”on dynamic pulse pressure related indexes(APP,APPI),as well as its influence on TCM symptom score and stroke recurrence rate, which provided a new idea for antihypertensive goal and rehabilitation treatment plan. Methods:The 60 patients who met the requirements, were randomly divided into“Acupuncture method of invigorating blood circulation and wind”group(observation group)and routine treatment group(control group)according to the time of diagnosis and treatment in our hospital, and 27cases and 28 cases were included after the shedding cases were excluded. The control group was treated with acupuncture method of"refreshing brain and inducing resuscitation"combined with Conventional antihypertensive drugs, while the observation group was treated with acupuncture method of invigorating blood circulation and wind on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Acupuncture lasted for 12 weeks, including continuous treatment period(1-6 weeks,5 times/week,1-5 days of continuous acupuncture,6-7 days of rest),consolidation treatment period(7-12 weeks,3 times/week,1-6 days of acupuncture every other day,7 days of rest)and follow-up for 3 months. Before treatment,6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment, the patients wear dynamic blood pressure meter and evaluate TCM syndrome scores, who were followed up for 3 months to observe whether tresend cerebrovascular disease.Results:1.The APP of the two groups at three time points have time effects(P<0.05),grouping effects(P<0.05)and interaction effects(P<0.05).Before treatment and at the 6th week of treatment, there was no difference in APP between the two groups(P>0.05);at the 12th week of treatment, the APP of the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The observation group had differences in the APP at different time points, that is,APP Before treatment>APPthe 6th week of treatment>APPthe 12th week of treatment. The control group had different APP levels at different time points, that is,APPbefore treatment=APP the 6th week of treatment>APP the 12th week of treatment.2.The APPI of the two groups at three time points have time effects(P<0.05)and interaction effects(P<0.05).Before treatment and at the 6th week of treatment, there was no difference in APP between the two groups(P>0.05);at the 12th week of treatment, the APPI of the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The APPI of the observation group was not all the same at three time points, that is,APPIBefore treatment=APPIthe 6th week of treatment>APPIthe 12th week of treatment. The APPI of the control group had no difference at three time points, that is,APPbefore treatment=APP the 6th week of treatment=APP the 12th week of treatment.3.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups at the three time points have time effect(P<0.05),grouping effect(P<0.05)and interaction effect(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups, the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower in the 6th and 12th week of treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the two Intra-groups,the TCM syndrome scores at the three time points are different(P<0.05),and both groups show the order of before treatment>6th week of treatment>12th week of treatment.4.At the 6th week of treatment, the total effective rate between the two groups was different(X2=5.357,P=0.021<0.05),and the observation group(70.37%)was higher than the control group(39.39%).At the 12th week of treatment, the total effective rates of the two groups were similar(X2C=0.232,P=0.630>0.05),which were 96.30%and 89.29%respectively.5.During the follow-up period, there were no recurrence cases in the observation group and 2 cases in the control group, and there was no significant difference in recurrence(X2C=0.482,P=0.488>0.05).Conclusion:“Acupuncture method of invigorating blood circulation and wind”can adjust the levels of dynamic pulse pressure related indexes(APP and APPI)in patients with hypertension(Hyperactivity of liver yang)during the recovery period of cerebral infarction, and improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Which has advantages in time and decrease compared with the conventional antihypertensive group.Although the number of recurrence cases in the observation group was less than that in the control group, there was no statistical significance, which was related to the short follow-up period and the small total sample size,in the matter of the cerebrovascular disease recurrence in the follow-up period.
