Clinical Observation Of Bushen Zhuchao Decoction In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Kidney Yin And Yang

Objective: This study by observing the treatment of Bushenzhuchao Formula combined with Femonston of 60 patients with Premature Ovarian insufficiency,discuss the treatment of Bushenzhuchao Formula combined with Femonston Premature in Ovarian insufficiency Kidney Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome.Methods: Methods 60 patients who diagnosed by Cynaecological Clinic of the First Afliatecdl Hospital of Hunan Uriversity of Chinese Medicine from 2020.01 to2020.10 were collected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with the combination of Femonston and Bushenzhuchao Formula while the control group taking ally with Femonston for3 months.The clinical effects of TCM syndrome scares,the level of hormone(FSH,E2,LH AMH)in each group,were provided the basis for popularizing Bushenzhuchao Formula.Results:In terms of comprehensive efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.In terms of menstrual score,after treatment,the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups had an improvement effect on the menstrual condition of patients,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment of Bushen Zhu Chao Prestige combined with Fenmaotong was significantly better than that of Fenmaotong alone in improving the menstrual condition.In terms of TCM syndrome scores,the total TCM syndrome scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could significantly improve related clinical symptoms,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the total syndrome scores of the treatment group improved more significantly than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the four syndromes of the treatment group were significantly improved: cold limbs,cold pain in waist and knee,heat in five irritable organs,dry mouth and dry throat.In terms of hormone levels,after treatment,FSH and LH decreased(P<0.05),E2 increased(P<0.05),AMH in the treatment group increased(P<0.05),and AMH in the control group had no significant change(P >0.05).At the same time,the comparison between the two groups showed that the FSH value of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the E2 and AMH values of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the LH value of the treatment group had no statistical significance(P >0.05),suggesting that the therapeutic effect of reducing FSH,increasing E2 and AMH in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the therapeutic effect of reducing LH in the two groups was similar.Conclusion: Bushenzhuchao Formula combined with Femonston has significantefficacy in the treatment of Premature Ovarian insufficiency,mainly manifested in the effective improvement of menstruation and TCM syndromes,as well as the effective reduction of FSH and LH,and the increase of E2 and AMH.
