| Objective:By observing the clinical treatment effect of Guanxin No.Ⅲ prescription on stable angina pectoris(Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),evaluating its therapeutic effect and safety,it provides basic clinical treatment basis for the clinical treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods:The research topic mainly adopts randomized controlled research,with patients with the outpatient and inpatient departments of Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who meet the conditions for inclusion in this treatment and are willing to serve as the research and treatment objects;The control group was treated with conventional western medicine+Yangxin’s tablets,and the treatment group was treated with the decoction of Guanxin No.Ⅲ prescription on the basis of conventional western medicine for combined treatment with traditional Chinese medicine;The duration of the treatment process of the two groups was designed to be 4 weeks,and observe the TCM syndrome scores,angina pectoris clinical symptom scores,changes in TC,TG,LDL,HDL,CRP,and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total scores of TCM clinical syndromes and TCM clinical treatment effects of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Angina pectoris symptom score,clinical treatment effect of angina pectoris,blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL,HDL)and CRP were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);There were no significant abnormal changes in the three routine,coagulation,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram before and after the two groups of clinical treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Guanxin No.III Recipe is effective in treating stable angina pectoris(Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).It can significantly improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,blood lipids and CRP,and has good safety. |
