Clinical Observation Of Gehua Jieyun Decoction In The Treatment Of Alcoholic Fatty Liver And Liver And Gallbladder Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective:This study was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Randomized controlled trial in the treatment of alcoholic steatohepatitis with Damp-heat Syndrome.Methods:60 cases of alcoholic fatty liver disease with damp-heat Syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and Control Group,30 cases in each group.Treatment Group was given alcohol abstinence+Gehuajie decoction treatment,control group was given alcohol abstinence+Tiopronin treatment,two groups were 2 courses of treatment,a total of 6 weeks.Through comparing and counting the liver function,blood lipid,ultrasonic fatty liver grading and TCM symptom score before and after treatment,we can judge the therapeutic effect of Puerarin decoction,we should observe and record the patient’s vital signs,blood routine,liver and kidney function,adverse drug reactions,in order to evaluate the safety of drugs.Results:The score of TCM symptoms in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.Liver function and blood lipid decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The ultrasonic degree of fatty liver(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.Chinese Medicine Symptom Curative Effect Contrast Treatment Group Effective rate 93.3%,The total effective rate of control group was 66.7%。there was statistical difference(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control g.Conclusion:The effect of Gehua Jietingtang in treating Alcoholic Fatty liver-gallbladder-damp-heat Syndrome is similar to that of Tiopronin in improving liver function and blood lipid,and is better than that of Tiopronin in improving liver color hyperfractionation.No adverse events occurred in the course of the trial,and the safety is good,which can provide reference for clinical practice.
