Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction On Postoperative Limb Swelling And Pain After Intertrochanteric Fracture Of Femur

Objective:In this study,patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated with sodium aescin as the control group.The observation group was treated with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the two groups were treated with conventional integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine at the same time.The clinical effect of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures provides an objective basis for the treatment of postoperative limb swelling and pain of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Sixty patients were selected from January 2020 to December 2020,who were hospitalized in the Fourth Department of Orthopedics,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and were treated with PFNA surgery.Randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with relevant integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine at the same time.The control group was treated with sodium aescinate to reduce swelling,and the observation group was given the first postoperative treatment based on the control group.Take Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction every day for one week,once a day in the morning and evening.At the same time,the VAS scores of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and the changes in the swelling value of the affected limbs were measured on the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after the operation.According to statistical software analysis,setting P>0.05 is not statistically significant,and P<0.05 is statistically significant.Results:1.Comparing the VAS scores of the observation group and the control group after treatment,the observation group is lower than the control group,P=0.000<0.05,which is statistically significant,indicating that there is a significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups of patients after treatment;2.The postoperative limb swelling value of the two groups of patients was statistically significant at 3 and 7 days after surgery(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group.The results indicated that the swelling value of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant,indicating that the two groups of patients There is a significant difference in limb swelling value after treatment;Conclusion:Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with sodium aescinate can effectively reduce the degree of pain and swelling of the affected limb after surgery,and is more effective than using sodium aescinate alone.It is worthy of clinical promotion and benefits patients.
