Objective: Observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with puncture and cupping on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods:Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups A,B,and C according to the random number table method, with 20 cases in each group.Group A was treated with needle-knife combined with pricking and cupping;group B was treated with needle-knife only, and group C was treated with pricking and cupping only;the three groups were treated every 6 days for three consecutive treatments. Before and after treatment, the visual analog pain score was used to assess the degree of pain, and the low back pain score was used to assess the degree of lumbar spine dysfunction, and the clinical efficacy of the three groups after treatment was observed.Results:1.Pain improvement: Compared with before treatment, the pain degree of VAS scores in the three groups was significantly reduced after treatment(all P<0.05),indicating that acupotomy combined with puncturing and cupping, acupuncture and knife therapy alone, and puncturing and cupping therapy alone Both can improve lumbar disc herniation and low back pain.Compared with group C,the pain degree of group A and group B improved significantly(P<0.05).Compared with group A and group B,the pain degree of group A improved more significantly than group B,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Acupotomy combined with puncturing and cupping therapy is better than acupotomy and puncturing and cupping therapy alone. At the same time, acupotomy therapy is better than puncturing and cupping therapy alone.2.The degree of improvement of lumbar dysfunction: Compared with before treatment,JOA scores in the three groups were significantly improved after treatment(all statistically significant P<0.05),indicating that acupotomy combined with puncture and cupping therapy, single acupotomy treatment, and simple acupotomy Blood puncturing and cupping can improve lumbar function.Compared with group C,the improvement of JOA score in groups A and B was more obvious, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with group A and B,the improvement in JOA score was not significantly different, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);It shows that needle-knife combined puncture and cupping and needle-knife therapy improve lumbar function better than puncture and cupping therapy, and the two effects are equivalent.3.Clinical efficacy: after treatment, the total effective rate of group A is 90.00%;the total effective rate of group B is 80.00%;the total effective rate of group C is55.00%.Compared with group C,the difference in total effective rate between groups A and B was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with group B,the total effective rate of group A was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the clinical efficacy of acupotomy combined with puncturing and cupping is better than that of acupotomy and puncturing and cupping alone. The clinical efficacy of acupotomy and puncturing and cupping alone is better than that of puncturing and cupping alone.Conclusion:1.Needle-knife combined puncturing and cupping therapy,needle-knife therapy, and puncturing and cupping therapy can all improve the pain of lumbar disc herniation in patients with low back and leg pain. The combined treatment group has better efficacy than the simple treatment group.2.Needle-knife combined puncture and cupping therapy,needle-knife therapy, puncture and cupping therapy can all improve the degree of lumbar spine dysfunction in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. The effect of needle-knife combined puncture and cupping therapy and needle-knife therapy are better than puncture and cupping therapy.3.Acupotomy combined with puncturing and cupping therapy is better than acupotomy and puncturing and cupping alone in treating patients with lumbar disc herniation. |
