Study On The Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Therapy On The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Coronary Heart Disease After PCI

Purpose:Objective To observe the intervention effect of TCM Comprehensive Therapy on the quality of life of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after PCI,and to explore the effective clinical treatment of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after PCI.Methods:All 60 patients were from Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into control group(conventional treatment group)and observation group(TCM Comprehensive treatment group)with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,including oral secondary prevention of coronary heart disease conventional treatment drugs(mainly including aspirin calcium tablets 100mg once a day;Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate Tablets 75mg once a day or ticagrelor 90mg twice a day;atorvastatin 20-40mg once a day or rosuvastatin calcium 10-20mg once a day;metoprolol succinate 47.5mg-95mg once a day.)Other drugs such as hypoglycemic drugs,antihypertensive drugs,etc.are determined according to the patients’ usual oral medication.30 cases in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional treatment in the control group,including oral Chinese medicine decoction,auricular point pressing pill,acupoint sticking and tongue exercise.The observation time was 4 weeks.The general clinical data(gender,age,medical history,course of disease,etc.)were recorded,and the changes of liver and kidney function,blood routine(Hgb),serum albumin(ALB),coagulation function and ECG were recorded.Finally,the TCM symptom score,SAQ score and SF-36 quality of life scale score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the data were collected and sorted out.The spss26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis to study the changes of various scores of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in the general information of the experimental group and the control group,including age,gender and the number of stents(P>0.05).Total TCM syndrome score:after 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased.Compared with the control group,the total score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was significantly lower after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The effective treatment rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group was 48.28%,and the effective rate was 13.79%,which were higher than 20.00%and 0%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Scores of Seattle Angina scale:before treatment,scores of Seattle Angina scale in each dimension of the two groups showed P>0.05,with no significant difference and comparability;After treatment,the scores of Seattle Angina scale in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of each dimension in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SF-36 quality of life scale:before treatment,two groups were in physiological function(PF),physiological function(RP),body pain(BP),general health(GH),vitality(VT),social function(SF),emotional function(RE),mental health(MH,health change(HT).There were significant differences in all 9 dimensions(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in physiological function(PF)between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The scores of physical function(RP),physical pain(BP),general health(GH),vitality(VT),social function(SF),emotional function(RE),mental health(MH)and health change(HT)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The comprehensive TCM therapies used in this study can improve TCM symptoms of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after PCI of coronary heart disease;Improve the living condition,angina attack,satisfaction with disease treatment and understanding of the disease of the patients with this syndrome type;Improve the quality of life of these patients.It has a positive effect on the overall improvement of the quality of life of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after PCI of coronary heart disease,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
