| Personnel training,scientific research and social service are three major functions of modern universities.As the core and basic function of higher education,the quality of personnel training becomes the core index to measure the quality of higher education.As the quality of higher education in China attracts more and more attention,the research on College Students’study engagement has gradually become a hot topic in the field of higher education in China.The quality of personnel training in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine is related to the process of higher education of traditional Chinese medicine and the development of modern Chinese medicine.In the international higher education quality assessment,the investigation of College Students’ learning situation has been widely concerned and rapidly developed,which has become a new trend of higher education quality assessment,and also provides reference and reference for the development of education quality assessment in Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.This study uses statistical analysis method to analyze the learning situation of undergraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine.The basic research process is as follows:first,define the variables to be studied on the basis of literature research;second,obtain and sort out the survey data of "China College Student Survey"(CCSS)in 2019,and invest in learning and education of undergraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine Thirdly,in order to study the influence of the study engagement of the undergraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine on the education harvest,the multiple linear regression analysis was carried out on the data.In order to obtain the influence types of the study engagement and the education harvest of the undergraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine,the cluster analysis was carried out on the data.Finally,combined with the research conclusions and the problems reflected in the questionnaire,specific suggestions and suggestions were put forward countermeasures.The results are as follows:first,compared with the national college norm,the undergraduate students of traditional Chinese medicine have higher level of academic challenge scores than the National College norm,and lower active and collaborative learning,studentfaculty interaction,supportive campus environment and enriching educational experiences than the national college norm.On the whole,the level of self-report education harvest of undergraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine is lower than that of the norm of national universities.Second,in the process of regression analysis,by controlling the students’family background,it is found that the level of academic challenge,active and:collaborative learning,student-faculty interaction,supportive campus environment and enriching educational experiences all have a positive impact on the educational harvest.42.6%of the changes can be explained by these five factors.In terms of the intensity of the impact and the degree of prediction,they are the level of academic challenge,supportive campus environment,studentfaculty interaction,e enriching educational experiences and active and collaborative learning.Third,through cluster analysis,students are divided into four categories,which are "College driven","internal force driven","College incentive" and "efficient and excellent".The scores of the four categories of students in learning input and education harvest increase in turn,and there are differences in family background.Based on the current situation of study engagement and the outstanding problems in practice,this paper studies and discusses the problems existing in the learning investment of undergraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine and the teaching practice of colleges and universities,and puts forward the following targeted suggestions:defining the training objectives,setting appropriate academic challenges;providing comprehensive support services,improving the environmental support of colleges and universities;taking students as the center,improving the student-centered To improve the level of cooperative learning;to guide teachers and students to change their ideas and promote the interaction between teachers and students;to pay attention to the diversified development of students and improve the richness of educational experience. |
