With the development of sconomy and the progress of society,people’s living standards are also improved.People pay more attention to their own health,the aging trend in the 21 st century is more serious,so the requirements of medical service institutions are also higher and ligher.Modem private hospitals not only cater to their own development,but also shoulder the mission of public welfare,facing the competitiao of similar private hospitals and public hospitals.D private hospitals want to retain high-tech talents,so that they can create a sky in the medical field,even in an invincible position.We must improve our own quality and social popularity.How to achieve the goal,we need to adhere to the people-oriented,find a balbce between the interests of employees,hospitals and patients.and build a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal index system to motivate and find talents,retaining core talents is the key.Appropriate use of incentive system to motivate employees is most commonly used means for hospitals and companies.In China,hospitals mainly appear in the form of limited liability companies.The hospital belongs to the tertiary and is a knowledge intensive service industry.In the process of assessment,we should use scientific and reasonable assessment index system,payattention to the process of assessment,listen to the feedback of medicai staff,gradually optimize the assessment system,and ultimately maximize the intrests of employees and hoapitalsThe hospital is special knowledge intensive service industry,and the service object is the majority of patients.Thererfore,compared with other enterprises,the biggest difference between hospitals and other enterprises in people-oriented.Employees hope to show their value and get corresponging spiritual and material returns.Establish hospital culture,enhance cohesion,enhance the sence of belonging,staff to establish a master’s position,to meet ereryone’s needs.In this study,D pfivata hospital as an example,access to the theoretical knowledge related to performance appraisal,questionnaire and expert intervivews and other methods of D private hospital research,sorthing out analyzing the data after the survey,the current hospital in the perfomance apprasal problems and causes of probiems.On the basis of these problems,we optiminze the scheme and apply the optimized to D private hospital.To improve the follow-up issues of performance appraisal indicators are also modified to achieve the reasonable distribution of performance and the optimal allocation of personnel.After the implementation of performance appraisal,actively deal with the problems in the process of performance appraisal,and make corresponding decisions in time to ensure the smooth development of performance appraisal next time.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the performance appraisal of medical.staff and the personnel distribution system of human resources department in similar hospitals.
