Based On Data Mining To Explore The Research On The Medication Rules Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis With Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency

Purpose:With the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform system,the modern literature about the treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type of of hashimoto’s thyroiditis medical formulae drug laws,including the use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)the type,frequency,and sexual flavour to the mining and analyzing composition and their correlation formula of commonly used drugs were discussed,so as to the future of clinical treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type of hashimoto’s thyroiditis with ideas and new drug research and development to provide reference and guidance.Material and method:Access to CNKI,VIP,Wanfang three Chinese databases,in the advanced search "Chinese medicine","traditional Chinese medicine","integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine" and "Hashimoto’s thyroiditis","Hashimoto’s thyroiditis","Hashimoto’s disease","chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis" as the search terms,the search period is January 1,1979 to March 31,2020.All the retrieved literatures were downloaded one by one,and then a total of 76 journals,including 76 prescriptions,which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,were included through manual screening.Establish Excel database for the retrieved literature materials.The "TCM Inheritance Assistant Platform Software" was used to conduct correlation analysis and cluster analysis on the overall medication,and summarize the medication rules of modern doctors in treating the disease syndrome.Results:1.From January 1,1979 to March 31,2020,the CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases included76 literatures that met the inclusion criteria for the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis of the type of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,involving 76 prescriptions in total.2.Statistical results of drug use frequency: Among them,the frequency of Astragalus was59.2%(45 times),followed by Epimedium(44 times),Prunella vulgaris(44 times),Rehmanniae rehmanniae(39 times),Atractylodes macrocephala(38 times),respectively.And poria cocos(34),zhejiang fritillary(29),cornel(28),yam(27),angelica(26),codonopsis pilosula(25),cinnamon(23),radix bupleuri(20 times),radix paeoniae alba(19),oysters(19),liquorice(18),antler glue(18),dodder(17)and(17)curculigo in 20% or more.3.The first drug and drug commonly used to determine: through chi-square test was carried out on the drug use frequency astragalus root,epimedium,selfheal,rehmannia glutinosa,atractylodes,poria cocos,zhejiang fritillary bulb for the modern physicians treating spleen kidney Yang deficiency type hashimoto thyroiditis drug of choice,dogwood,yam,Chinese angelica,codonopsis,cinnamon,radix bupleuri,radix paeoniae alba,oysters,liquorice,antler glue,dodder,curculigo commonly used drugs for the treatment of the disease.4.Classified statistical results of drug efficacy: drug efficacy categories were mainly deficiency tonifying drugs(414 times),among which Qi tonifying drugs accounted for40.82%,Yang tonifying drugs accounted for 33.33%,blood tonifying drugs accounted for20.29% and Yin tonifying drugs accounted for 5.56%.Other heat-clearing drugs,phlegm-reducing and cough relieving drugs,blood-promoting and stasis removing drugs,water-enhancing and moisture-moistening drugs,and warm-Li drugs were used in the order of110 times,75 times,57 times,53 times,and 53 times.Through the chi-square test,it is concluded that the medicine for tonifying deficiency is the main medicine for treating Hashimoto’s thyroiditis of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type by modern doctors.5.Statistical results of drug-induced taste: the statistical results of the four qi of drugs were:warm drugs accounted for 42.53%,cold drugs accounted for 27.15%,flat drugs accounted for20.14%,hot drugs accounted for 7.92%,cool drugs accounted for 2.26%;The statistical results of five flavors were as follows: sweet taste accounted for 38.02%,acrid taste accounted for 25.80%,bitter taste accounted for 23.95%,salty taste accounted for 6.01%,sour taste accounted for 4.15% and acerbity taste accounted for 2.07%.Analysis of drug channeling: drug channeling mainly included liver channel,kidney channel and spleen channel,and the distribution frequency was in the order of;470,423,422 times.6.Drug combination results: 26 core drug combination for duplex medicine for and one for the joint on,look from the frequency of duplex medicine in combination with selfheal-astragalus membranaceus(27),astragalus root,epimedium(26),atractylodes poria cocos(25),selfheal epimedium(23),astragalus,atractylodes(22),cornel-yam(22),triple drug pair for selfheal-astragalus-epimedium.7.The correlation analysis results: drug correlation between 19 groups,the higher order from high to low order is: epimedium,cornel curculigo poria cocos-yam,selfheal-atractylodes poria cocos,yam,poria cocos-cornel,rehmannia glutinosa-yam-cornel,yam dogwood,radix bupleuri epimedium,etc.8.Entropy clustering analysis results: 18 New Zealand group is obtained by entropy clustering analysis,and form a set of candidate Singapore: dried ginger-cinnamon--ephedra,pinellia tuber-c.deserticola-lateral root of aconite honeylocust thorn of eucommia ulmoides selfheal,dodder,angelica---rhizoma zedoariae,tangerine peel,poria cocos,-yam-mustard alisma-cortex moutan,cornel-yam-rehmannia glutinosa-attached,epimedium-yam-rehmannia glutinosa-cortex moutan,c.deserticola-oysters-antler glue-triangular,oysters-antler glue-rehmannia glutinosa-three edges.Conclusion:1.Modern doctors treat Qiaben’s thyroiditis of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type mainly by tonic method,and the selected drugs are mostly injected into the liver,kidney and spleen meridians,reflecting the important role of regulating liver,nourishing the liver and weakening liver in the treatment of this disease.2.Through data mining,it is concluded that modern doctors treat Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency by combining disease and syndrome.For this syndrome,they warm and nourish the spleen and kidney,and regulate liver qi,promote blood circulation and channel menstruation.In view of this disease,modern pharmacological studies on Chinese herbal medicines with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects such as Prunella prununculata,Fritillaria thunbergii and oyster were conducted.3.The new formula combination obtained through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform provides reference and new medication ideas for future clinical treatment.
