Professor Zhang Songxing's Experience In Treating Vertigo With Acupuncture And Moxibustion From The Perspective Of Sanjiao

Purpose:The purpose of this paper is to analyze,discuss and summarize Professor Zhang Songxing’s characteristics and experience in treating vertigo from Sanjiao,and summarize his acupuncture prescription and thinking,so as to provide reference ideas and methods for clinical understanding and treatment of vertigo.Materials and methods:1.By consulting ancient books,the academic thought of treating vertigo with Sanjiao by Professor Zhang Songxing was sorted out,and the uniqueness of treating vertigo by Professor Zhang Songxing was summarized.2.Through visiting teachers and training,and assisting Professor Zhang Songxing in clinical diagnosis and treatment,we collected a large number of clinical cases,figured out and understood Professor Zhang Songxing’s thought of treating vertigo from Sanjiao,and summarized Professor Zhang Songxing’s prescription and acupuncture methods for treating vertigo.Results:1.Dizziness happened has close relationship with the sanjiao(triple energizer)is functioning properly;2.Professor Zhang Songxing put forward the syndrome differentiation of the triple energizer for vertigo,which can distinguish the pathological positions of the upper,middle and lower triple energizer according to the specific symptoms and signs of triple energizer,and distinguish the actual situation from the actual situation according to the tongue pulse.3.Professor Zhang Songxing believes that the key to treating vertigo is to regulate the middle jiao,and emphasizes the order of acupuncture operation:(1).Moxibustion Shenque first,then acupuncture treatment;(2).Acupuncture at abdominal acupoints first,then acupuncture at head,face and limbs;(3).In the acupoints of the head,face and limbs,acupuncture should be done at the main points first and then at the matching points.4.Professor Zhang Songxing treatment of vertigo:(1)based on coke,reset cardinal;(2)through the sanjiao(triple energizer),both;(3)proof on acupuncture point,and acupuncture.Conclusion:Professor Zhang Songxing’s combination of acupuncture and moxibustion treats vertigo from the triple energizer,with the middle energizer as the core,and the curative effect is exact.
