| In recent years,China is promoting the construction of medical consortia, aiming to achieve the key of data sharing, interconnection and business collaboration, while electronic health records can improve the quality of medical care, solve the people’s "difficult to see, expensive to see" problem,to meet the needs of disease prevention and control management, and highly optimize the allocation of regional medical resources.Although the medical association,as an organization with a certain constitution, should complete real-time sharing of internal diagnosis and treatment data information, the two-way referral within the medical association is not optimistic, and the lack of uniform reference standards for data information greatly restricts the real-time sharing of data information in the medical data information system and limits the role of electronic health records. The investment and construction of data and information application platform of medical association is an important task in the process of implementing China’s hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system. The electronic health information file(EHR)is one of the central components of the data and information application platform of the medical association, and its main purpose is to provide comprehensive services for cross-regional and cross-organizational clinical and patient data information co-construction,real-time sharing and linkage development goals.Studies have shown that EHRs are considered to be an information vehicle for improving communication between physicians and care team members, and an effective tool for enhancing collaboration among trusted organizations for patient safety. Therefore, the effective implementation and development of electronic health records, which facilitate users’ self disease awareness and management, has gained rapid development in recent years. However, users do not have a clear perception of EHR,so there are still some problems in accepting and using EHR,therefore,it is of great practical importance to study the factors influencing users’ willingness to use EHR.Based on the above analysis, this study constructs a model of influencing factors affecting users’ use of EHRs based on previous research, which is based on privacy computing theory, combined with rational choice theory, and draws on the research perspective of institutional theory.Using users with certain knowledge of electronic health records as the research object,375 efficient test sample data information was collected and collated using a research questionnaire, and the partial least square(PLS)method was applied to compose a structural operator equation experimental model to conduct a practical argumentative analysis study.SPSS and Smart PLS tools were used to conduct the descriptive-expressive statistical analysis of the test samples, the reliability, validity, and path detection of the experimental model, and the effect of variation on each other. The results of the analysis study showed that the perceived risk in the privacy computing theory has a direct and significant interference effect on privacy concerns, and the perceived value has no significant effect on privacy concerns. The sensitivity of medical data information has a direct and significant interference effect on patients’ privacy concerns, trust has a direct and significant effect on the idea of patients’ willingness to use EHR,and the national management policy and mandatory pressure of privacy between organizations of application platforms has a direct and significant effect on the idea of patients’ willingness to use EHR.Privacy concerns did not have a direct and significant effect on patients’ willingness to use EHR. |
