| Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of balancing yin-yang acupuncture on the patients with spasticity paralysis after stroke.Material and method:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 patients, with spasticity paralysis after stroke, were divided into experimental group and the control group averagely, who were admitted to the first department of encephalopathy rehabilitation, rehabilitation center of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine, from December 2018 to June 2020.Based on the basic treatment and rehabilitation treatment, the experimental group patients were treated by balancing yin-yang acupuncture and the control group were treated by normal acupuncture. Both groups were treated once a day, five times a week,2 weeks for a course.Clinical efficacy should be estimated before and after treatment, which includes MAS score,FMA score,MBI score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score scale.SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.P<0.05 showed statistical difference.Results:1 Significant statistics difference dosen’t exist in MAS score,FMA score,MBI score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).2 After being treated,The MAS score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups are lower than before, and the FMA score and MBI score are higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of experimental group are better than the control group(P <0.05),suggesting that the spasticity degree, limb motor function, ability of daily life,TCM syndrome of the two groups have improved.3 After being treated,The MAS score and TCM syndrome score of experimental group are better than the control group(P < 0.05),and the FMA score and MBI score are higher than those before treatment(P <0.05),suggesting that the improvement of the degree of spasticity, motor function of limbs, ability of daily living and TCM syndromes in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.4 After being treated, the effective rate of the experimental group on spasticity degree is significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),suggesting that the degree of spasticity in the experimental group improved better than those in the control group;the effective rate of the experimental group on traditional Chinese effection is higher than that of the control group(P>0.05),suggesting that the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the experimental group improved better than those in the control group, but without statistical difference.Conclusion:1 Both of balancing yin-yang acupuncture and routine acupuncture take a great therapeutic effect on the patients with spasticity paralysis after stroke.2 Balancing yin-yang acupuncture can improve the symptoms spasticity paralysis, motor function of limbs daily living abilities and TCM syndrome effectively is better than normal acupuncture.3 Balancing yin-yang acupuncture can significantly improve the curative effect of spasticity degree and its effect is better than normal acupuncture, and balancing yin-yang acupuncture can significantly improve the curative effect of TCM syndromes, and its effect is better than normal acupuncture but but without statistical difference.4 Balancing yin-yang acupuncture has higher security and clinical practical value in treating the spasticity paralysis after stroke. |
