Observation Of Curative Effect Of Breast Cancer Treatment Guided By The Theory Of Unification Of Body And Spirit

Objective: Through the case data,this study explores the general situation of breast cancer incidence,analyzes the changes of patient’s metamorphosis score and divine injury score,explores the unified theory of metaphysical god to guide the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating breast cancer,and verifies its safety,and further expounds the theory of metaphysical unity for clinical reference.Materials and methods: Collect clinical consultation data of 120 breast cancer patients in the electronic case system of Professor Yin Dongfeng of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital and oncology ward,count the frequency of Chinese medicine groups and drink tablets,count the patient’s primary pathogenesis stage,recurrence metastasis and physical and chemical examination,calculate the patient’s injury score according to the deformation score table,calculate the patient’s symptoms,signs and abnormal emotional performance,and calculate the patient’s injury score according to the symptoms,signs and abnormal emotional performance.Establish a medical information database,use SPSS23.0 statistical software to compare the results and analyze.Results:1.Collect effective data on 120 cases of breast cancer patients,60 cases of outpatient patients and 60 cases of inpatients.Among them,the average age of outpatients was 53.8 ± 7.73 years,and the average age of inpatients was 57.20 ± 10.07 years.Prior to this study,112 patients underwent surgery,103 received chemotherapy,44 received radiotherapy,20 received targeted drug therapy,and 67 received endocrine therapy.According to the flow chart of the unified diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer patients,outpatients and inpatients are divided into four groups: tumor-free group(absolute unity group of shape god),early group with tumor(shape god close to absolute unified group),advanced stage group with tumor(shape god close to relative unity group),end-of-life group(shape God relative unity group).2.Through the statistical analysis of the Chinese medicine group of 120 patients,the tumor-free group and the early group with tumor used higher frequency of chinese medicine,lower frequency of treatment of Chinese medicine,and lower frequency of treatment of Chinese medicine in the late stage group and end-of-life group of patients,and higher frequency of treatment of Chinese medicine.The frequency of drug use in four groups of patients,which was both metaphysical and chinese medicine,did not change significantly.3.The average score of 60 outpatients was 1.71±0.97,the average score after treatment was0.81 ± 0.59,and the average score of 60 inpatients was 2.84 ± 1.17 and the average post-treatment score was 1.49 ±1.24.After the two sets of data were tested by T,the P-value was <0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.4.The average score of pre-treatment injuries in 60 outpatient patients was 1.48 ± 1.39,and the average score after treatment was 1.±54± ±1.58;After the two sets of data were tested by T,the P-value was >0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.5.The top three common symptoms among outpatients and inpatients are weakness,pain,and poor coo.After the Chinese medicine group under the guidance of oral metamorphosis theory,the average score of the symptoms of fatigue in outpatients decreased by 0.98 points,the average score of fatigue symptoms in inpatients decreased by 1.95 points,the average score of pain symptoms of outpatients decreased by 0.67 points,and the average score of pain symptoms of inpatients decreased by 0.86 points.Common symptoms have improved significantly.6.The average value of glutamate before treatment was 24.53±18.38,the average value after treatment was 23.68±20.67,and the average value of oxalamino acid before treatment was30.87± ± 25.59,the average value after treatment was 29.56 ±22.46,the average value of creatinine before treatment was 80.38 ± 11.86,and the average value after treatment was79.80 ± 11.59.After the three sets of data were tested by T,the P-value was >0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and there was no significant change in the value of liver and kidney function before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Breast cancer patients are mostly in a tumor-free state,although the injury score is low,but still focus on the use of treatment drugs to prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis,at the same time need to take into account the patient’s changes in trauma.With the progress of the disease,the frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine is inversely proportional to the severity of the patient’s illness;2.The change of the score of trauma before and after treatment of breast cancer patients is statistically significant,indicating that there is a greater improvement in the patient’s injury,and some patients have group migration under the condition of improvement of divine injury.3.Compared with the obvious improvement of the wound before and after treatment of breast cancer patients,the improvement of the deformation injury was not significant.4.120 patients did not have adverse reactions during the period of oral god unified theory to guide the group’s Traditional Chinese medicine soup,blood routine,liver and kidney function and other indicators did not see obvious abnormalities,clinical application of the unified theory of metaphysical god guidance Chinese medicine group safety feasible.
