Effects Of Yi Nang Zhu Yun Decoction On Blood Lipids In Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Phlegm Dampness Syndrome

Objective:Through the clinical study,observe the efficacy of Inhibiting Polycystic to Progesterone Decoction in the treatment of phlegm-dampness syndrome PCOS.To explore the effect of Inhibiting Polycystic to Progesterone Decoctionon blood lipids of PCOS patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome,so as to provide new ideas and research directions for future clinical treatment of phlegm-dampness syndrome PCOS with dyslipidemia.Methods:The Seventy-four females patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome PCOS with dyslipidemia who were admitted to the gyneco logical outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into experimental group(n=37)and control group(n=37)by random number table method.Group 37 females patients with Inhibiting Polycystic to Progesterone Decoctionon combined therapy with Ethinyl estradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets,the other 37 females patients were treated by Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets,two groups of continuous treatment complete three menstrual cycles,analyze the two groups before and after treatment of T.C.M syndrome integral,BMI and blood lipids index,serum sex hormones LH/FSH ratio(TG,TC,HDL and LDL)in the number of changes.Results:1.Total clinical efficacy: The total clinical efficacy rate which in the experimental group and the control group were 97.2% and 78.4%.Compared between the two groups that was a statistical difference(P<0.05);2.Medical syndrome score: The scores of T.C.M syndromes in the two groups after treatment were decreased,P<0.05,the result did reach statistical significance,and the scores of T.C.M syndromes in the experimental group were lower than the control group,P<0.05,the result did reach statistical significance;3.The ratio of LH/FSH:The LH/FSH ratio of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the results significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),with statistical significance.4.BMI: The BMI of the experimental group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),there was no prominent difference in BMI of the control group before or after treatment(P.>0.05),meanwhile compared with before treatment,there was an uptrend.The effect of the experimental group after treatment was distinctly better than that control group,P<0.05;5.Levels of TG,TC,HDL and LDL(1)The TG level of the experimental group decreased obviously after treatment,P<0.05,and the control group was increased,P<0.05,results “statistically significant”.After treatment,the experimental group has more superiority than the control group,P<0.05;(2)The TC level of the two groups after treatment decreased,P<0.05,the results “statistically significant”.But the results among two groups after treatment,there were no statistical meaning,P>0.05;(3)The HDL level of the two groups increased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P.<0.05);Results the two groups of the degree of HDL increase was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);(4)The LDL level of the experimental group decreased P<0.05,the difference has statistically significant;the LDL level of the control group nothing changed before and after treatment,P<0.05;But they didn’t achieve statistical significance between the two groups after treatment,P.>0.05.6.Comparison of menstrual cycle during follow-up: After follow-up,26 patients in the experimental group had normal menstrual cycle,while 6 patients in the control group had normal menstrual cycle.The number of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Inhibiting Polycystic to Progesterone Decoction treating phlegm dampness syndromes PCOS curative effect is associated with dyslipidemia and can help people lose weight and improve lipid metabolism,especially in alleviating symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,lower BMI,adjust the level of TG and HDL are outstanding.However the improvement of TC and LDL is still insufficient.For the treatment of phlegm dampness syndromes in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome curative effect is superior to use Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets alone.
