Clinical Observation Of Xingqixiaozheng Decoction In The Treatment Of Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Purpose:By comparing the fights analgesia capsule and qi syndrome elimination decoction in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst(qi and blood stasis)the clinical efficacy of differences,to explore traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth in ovarian endometriosis cyst treatment process function,for more effective treatment to cure,easy to recurrent ovarian endometriosis cyst to provide new ideas and clinical basis.Material and method:In 60 cases of qi and blood stasis type endometriosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with qi syndrome elimination soup and fights analgesia capsule curative effect comparison,30 cases with qi oral disease elimination soup(Traditional Chinese medicine composition: Salvia miltiorrhiza,zedoary turmeric,caulis spatholobi,soil turtle worm,red peony root,three-rowed root,chuanxiong,peach kernel,hawthorn,motherwort,yanhusuo,prunella,cassia twiggy,chicken inner gold,poria coco,rhizome,oyster,astragalus root)as the treatment group;the other 30 cases were taken orally with Sanjie Zhentong Capsule as a control group.The course of treatment is 3menstrual cycles,the scores of TCM syndromes,menstrual cramps,the size of ectopic cysts and the level of serum CA125 were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:1.Comprehensive efficacy comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group was90.00%,and the control group was 73.33%(P<0.05).It shows that the comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group is 93.33%,and the control group was 73.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the overall effect of improving TCM syndromes in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.especially in improving menstruation,irritability,pre-menstrual distension,pain during sexual intercourse.3.Comparison of dysmenorrhea efficacy and VAS score: The total effective rate of dysmenorrhea in the treatment group is 90.00%,and the control group is 70.00%,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The VAS scores of dysmenorrhea after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group is more effective,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).To improve dysmenorrhea,the treatment group is better than the control group.4.Comparison of serum CA125 levels: Serum CA125 levels after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).It suggested that the two groups had the same efficacy in reducing serum CA125 level.5.Size comparison of ovarian endometriosis cysts: After treatment,the ovarian endometriotic cysts in both groups were reduced compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).For reducing ectopic ovarian cyst,the treatment group had a better effect than the control group.Conclusion:1.Xingqi xiaozheng soup designed by the tutor can effectively improve dysmenorrhea(VAS score)and TCM syndromes of patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst,especially in the aspects of menstruation,irritability,pre-menstrual distension and sexual pain of the patients.2.The prescription Xingqi Eliminating Disease Decoction designed by the tutor can effectively reduce the diameter line of ectopic ovarian cyst.3.Xingqi xiaoxia decoction prepared by the tutor can reduce the serum CA125 level of ovarian endometriosis cyst.4.The prescription Xingqixiaojie Decoction designed by the supervisor has not shown any adverse reactions or drug side effects in the clinical studies.It can be considered that this prescription is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and can be widely used in clinical treatment.
