Research purposes: The national fitness boom is rising, and running has become a fashion trend.Based on the deficiencies of existing research on running kinematics characteristics, this research focuses on the relationship between the sports injury risk of 18-25 year-old runners and the kinematic characteristics of running at different speeds, and explores 1)the high-risk group of sports injuries at different speeds And the running kinematics characteristics of people in the low-risk group;and 2)the difference in kinematic characteristics between the high-risk group and the low-risk group of sports injuries at different speeds.Research methods: Convenient sampling method was used to recruit 252non-professional people with running habit aged 18-25(IE running 2 times a week or more, each time> 30 minutes, running distance> 10 km a week)252(150 males,102females).Collected before the experiment: 1)informed consent;2)basic information of the subjects(gender, age, height, weight, etc.);collected during the experiment: 1)functional movement screening(FMS)scores;2)running hobbies The data of running kinematics parameters at 8km/h(low speed),10km/h(medium speed),and 12km/h(high speed).According to the scores of functional action screening, male and female runners are divided into low-risk group(FMS score>14 points, male group: M1,female group: F1)and high-risk group(FMS score ≤14 points, male group): M2,female group: F2).Digital treadmill walker views are used to test the kinematic characteristics of running, including joint range of motion, vertical displacement of the center of gravity, weight bearing, stride frequency, step length difference coefficient, and ground contact time.Use SPSS26.0 to analyze and process the experimental data, use two-factor repeated measurement analysis of variance to explore the interaction effect between speed and group, use single-factor repeated measurement analysis of variance to explore the speed effect within the group, and use independent sample T test to explore each Differences between groups in index parameters.Research results:(1)Male subjects have a significant speed and inter-group interaction effect on the left step difference coefficient index.F(2,144)=3.90,p=.02,partialη~2=.05;other indexes have no;There were no interaction effects between and within groups on all kinematic parameters of female subjects(p>.05).(2)When the running speed of male subjects is at a medium speed, there is a significant difference between the groups in the flexion and extension activity of the left foot(p <.05),and the left foot flexion and extension activity of the M1 group is less than M2;other indicators are not significant at the three speeds Differences between groups(p>.05).Female subjects run the percentage of the vertical displacement of the center of gravity when the running speed is low and medium speed, the trunk side bending at three speeds, the range of motion of the left knee joint at medium speed, the range of motion of right knee joint at high speed, and the pro nation of the right foot at three speeds There is a difference between the groups in the posterior mean and the pro nation and pro nation angle of the right foot at medium and high speeds(p <.05),the F1 group is greater than the F2 group;female subjects have left foot flexion and extension activity at medium and high speeds, and right foot at medium and high speeds There are also differences between groups in the index of flexion and extension(p <.05).The joint range of F1 group is smaller than that of the F2 group;while other indexes have no significant difference between the groups at the three speeds(p >.05).(3)On the test index of the motor coordination mode, the percentage of vertical displacement of the center of gravity of male subjects(M1 group: F(2,79)=34.75,p<.01,partialη~2=.47;M2 group: F(2,64)=37.49,p<.01,partialη~2=.54)showed an increasing trend with the increase of speed, and the M2 group was greater than the M1 group at different speeds. The percentage of vertical displacement of the center of gravity in the M2 group increases significantly at high speeds than at low speeds(F(2,54)=11.62,p <.01,partialη~2=.30,difference =-.45);the percentage of vertical displacement of the center of gravity of the M1 group is significantly greater at high speed than at medium speed(F(2,43)=11.76,p <.01,partialη~2=.35,difference =-.40).(4)In the test of the joint range of motion index, the M2 group’s trunk scoliosis range of motion increased significantly when running at medium speed than at low speed;the M1 group’s trunk scoliosis range of motion increased significantly with the increase of speed. The MI group and M2 group are on the left hip and right hip joint range of motion, left knee and right knee joint range of motion, left and right foot landing phase flexion and extension angle, left and right foot off the ground phase flexion and extension angle, left foot right foot landing phase, pro nation and supination angle indicators, with As the speed increases, the joint range of motion increases significantly(p <0.01).The flexion and extension activities of the left and right feet increased significantly at high speeds than at low speeds, and increased significantly at high speeds. As the speed increases, the pronation and supination angle of the left and right feet are significantly reduced during the phase of the left and right feet off the ground(p <0.01).In the F1 group, the trunk flexion and extension activities were significantly lower at high speeds than at low and medium speeds. The flexion and extension activity of the left foot increased significantly at high speeds compared with the middle and low speeds, and the flexion and extension activity of the right foot increased with the increase in speed. The trunk flexion and extension activity of the F2 group has no significant difference at different speeds;the left foot flexion and extension activity increases with the increase in speed, and the right foot flexion and extension activity at ground speed is significantly lower than the medium and high speed.F1 group and F2 group are on the index of scoliosis activity, left hip and right hip flexion and extension activity, left knee and right knee flexion and extension activity, left and right foot off-ground flexion and extension angle, left and right foot landing stage, pronation and supination angle index, with speed The increase in the joint mobility gradually increases. The angle of pronation and supination during the left and right foot off the ground increased with the speed, and the angle decreased significantly(p <.05).(5)In terms of the space-time parameter test index, the left step length difference coefficient of the M1 group is significantly lower than the low speed at the medium speed, and significantly lower at the high speed than at the low speed;the difference in the left and right touchdown time at the low speed is significantly greater than the medium and high speed(p<0.01).In the M2 group, the coefficient of variation of the right step length was significantly higher than that of the middle speed at high speed, and there was no significant intra-group change in the coefficient of variation of left step length and the difference in ground contact time. The stride frequency of the M1 and M2 groups increased significantly with the increase of speed;the F2 group was significantly faster than the middle speed at low speed, and there was no significant difference in the step length difference. The step frequency of F1 group increased significantly with the increase of speed(p <.05).Research conclusions:(1)There are differences in running kinematics characteristics between high-risk sports injury and low-risk runners. The specific manifestations are:the low-risk male injury group has significantly less left foot flexion and extension activities than the high-risk injury when running at low speeds.Group;female injury low-risk group: the percentage of vertical displacement of the center of gravity at low and medium running speeds, the scoliosis range of the trunk at three speeds, the range of motion of the left knee when running at medium speed, and the range of motion of the right knee when running at high speed The mean values ??of right foot pronation and supination at three speeds and the pronation and supination angle of right foot landing period at medium and high speeds were greater than those of the high-risk group;the female injury-low-risk group had left foot flexion and extension activities at medium and high speeds. The flexion and extension activities of the right foot at low speed were lower than those in the high-risk group.(2)There are obvious differences in running kinematics characteristics between different running speeds, which are reflected in the fact that the angle of left and right feet off the ground, pronation and pronation angle decreases with the increase of speed, and the degree of motion of other joints increases with the increase of speed,Both men’s and women’s cadence increased with the increase in speed.
