Research On The Issue Of Moral Self-discipline In China's Sharing Economy

The term "sharing economy" was put forward by professor Jones panz of Texas state university in 1978: "a new economic model based on strangers and the temporary transfer of the right to use goods,with the main purpose of obtaining certain remuneration,is to integrate offline idle goods,labor,education and medical resources.They both give and benefit in different ways and share economic dividends.These economic behaviors are realized through the Internet as a medium." The introduction brought about major changes in all aspects of the world,especially in China.Compared with the traditional form of economic "Shared economy" is new and different,through the Internet technology will supply and demand and the demand side together,to integrate social resources diversification,using technology to implement the intelligent of the resources such as the big data matching,as "Shared economy" hot,for people to share the object from the original "slack" to later appeared some enterprises specialized in order to share and to increase the supply.Such as Shared bike,Shared washing machine,Shared charging treasure,Shared car,Shared basketball and so on.These business models and enterprise platforms meet people’s diverse needs,create some flexible marketing mechanisms,provide people with more employment opportunities,let people use the product more time and effort,improve the use efficiency of the product,and facilitate people’s life.However,everything has two sides,sharing economy is no exception,it also contains some other defects,such as information asymmetry,share trading is take place between strangers among the subjects,and the indirect economic exchange and so on characteristics,on this basis will be bred in some problems,especially the moral problems.Therefore,the role of "moral self-discipline" in Shared economic and status is especially important,if there is no good faith on the basis of moral self-discipline as guarantee,so is unsustainable for interpersonal communication,more serious may also cause share the development of economy in trouble,to a certain extent,canalso affect the modernization of national management system and management ability.The emergence of Shared economy,accompanied by sharing "immoral" phenomenon is more and more apparent,as a result,the Shared economic can say is a kind of moral economy,laying emphasis on the reconstruction of external ethics system,and even the moral legalization’s point of view,to solve the economic problems arising from the Shared is not enough,it has to do with moral self-discipline,moral self-discipline as inner soul and lifeline.Based on this,this paper intends to focus on the research of moral self-discipline in China’s "sharing economy".According to the logical order of "presenting problems,analyzing causes and proposing countermeasures",this paper discusses the causes,manifestations and governance of some moral anomics in China’s sharing economy.This paper is divided into three parts to study the problem of moral self-discipline in the development of sharing economy.The first part of the sharing economy and moral self-discipline related concepts and theoretical elaboration.The second part analyzes some manifestations of moral anomics in the sharing economy.For example,vicious competition between suppliers is serious.Demand side privacy and data security under threat;The relative system practice strength is not big and so on and from the macro aspect elaborated in the sharing economy morals anomic reason.The third part,aiming at the problems and causes in the second part,puts forward some countermeasures.The sharing economy is a new economy,and the country should have a sound standardized prevention system,which is conducive to the healthy development of the market economy and the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.At the same time,it can also speed up the modernization of the country’s governance system and governance capacity,so that each country can enjoy its own happiness.
