Research On Intellectual Property Protection In The Development Of Ethnic Minority Traditional Cultural Tourism

As a rich mining area of ethnic cultural resources,in recent years,the development of Yunnan ethnic traditional cultural tourism is in full swing,and ethnic cultural tourism has become a new economic growth point of the province.However,at present,the protection of the traditional culture of ethnic minorities mainly adopts administrative means,and there is a gap in the legal system.This not only results in the weak protection consciousness of ethnic groups and the loss of traditional culture,but also limits the innovative utilization of ethnic culture and the healthy development of ethnic traditional cultural tourism.In this context,it is of great significance for the development of Yunnan ethnic cultural tourism to study and apply the intellectual property system,establish and improve the intellectual property protection mechanism of ethnic traditional culture.Based on the development of intellectual property protection in the cases of Xiaodi in Yuping,Guizhou and dress of Yao ethnic group in Guangxi,this paper focuses on the analysis of Yunnan ethnic traditional cultural resources and the development of ethnic cultural tourism,selects old Town of Lijiang and Yunnan image as examples focusing on the practice of intellectual property protection.It can be seen that there are serious problems in the development of Yunnan ethnic traditional cultural tourism,such as the loss of ethnic traditional culture and the homogenization of cultural tourism products.Pursue its root,these problems are caused by the imperfect construction of relevant legal system and administrative management mechanism,the intellectual property protection awareness of the right subject is not strong and the ability is insufficient.In view of the existing problems and their causes,this paper puts forward suggestions on the construction of comprehensive protection mechanism of intellectual property rights in the development of traditional cultural tourism of ethnic minorities from various aspects,such as improving the construction of the legal system of intellectual property,improving the administrative system,and improving the professionalism of intellectual property in tourism enterprises.
