Research On The Moderateness Evaluation Of Tourism Value Development In Historical And Cultural Blocks

Most domestic cities have unique historical and cultural blocks.As an important heritage tourism resource,they record the historical development trajectory of the city,contain rich local characteristic culture,and have potential cultural and tourist value.The development and utilization of historical and cultural blocks can add endogenous power to the city,and in-depth excavation and scientific use of the tourism value of historical and cultural blocks can promote the economic and social development of the blocks and bring comprehensive benefits to the city.Domestic historical and cultural districts have carried out certain tourism value development to varying degrees.During the development process,excessive exploitation of heritage resources,heavy commercial atmosphere,and lack of culture have led to exhausting development phenomena,as well as museum-type and enclosure-protection types such as footing.The development problems also followed.However,what level of development is controlled can fully excavate and display the cultural tourism value of historical blocks,and realize the scientific development and sustainable development of historical blocks.This is an important theoretical and practical problem faced by urban operators in various places.This article attempts to study the appraisal of the moderate appraisal of tourism value development in historical and cultural blocks,with a view to providing a reasonable assessment tool for the moderate development of historical and cultural blocks,and providing a reasonable development direction for the future development of historical and cultural blocks.On the basis of collecting and consulting a large number of relevant documents,this research conducted field investigations and in-depth interviews,and constructed an appropriateness evaluation system for tourism value development in historical and cultural blocks.The evaluation system consists of integrity,authenticity,cultural continuity,and coordination.,Degree of synergy,degree of commercialization 6 sub-target levels,composed of 30 specific evaluation indicators.Then use Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and other scientific methods to weight indicators,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out an empirical analysis of two typical historical and cultural blocks(Five Avenue block and Ancient Cultural Street)in Tianjin,and then synthesize through empirical analysis Assess the appropriateness of development in the two sample blocks.The systematic review found that there were underdevelopment and over-development of the ancient cultural street in Wudao Avenue.Based on the current development status of the neighborhood,a practical improvement plan was proposed to provide scientific development and sustainable tourism development for typical historical and cultural neighborhoods in Tianjin Certain reference.The innovation points of this article are as follows: First,from the perspectives of management and tourism,it studies the appropriateness of historical and cultural block development,and innovates the perspective of research on the development of historical and cultural blocks.Second,an attempt was made to construct a moderate evaluation index system for tourism value development in historical and cultural districts,which enriched the research on the evaluation of tourism development in the academic world.
