Research On The Social Responsibility Of Biopharmaceutical Enterprises In My Country

As a high-tech enterprise,biopharmaceutical companies have achieved rapid development based on modern biotechnology,which not only provides support for modern medicine,but also changes the traditional pharmaceutical situation,forming a new three-pronged pattern of biopharmaceuticals,chemical pharmaceuticals and traditional Chinese medicine.Biopharmaceuticals mainly include various human vaccines,globulin,and nucleic acid detection reagents used in the current period of new coronary pneumonia.These drugs account for more than half of the current drug market,and their status and particularity can be imagined.However,in recent years,a series of events such as vaccine counterfeiting and other biological drug quality problems,such as the adverse longevity biological events,have caused huge panic for consumers,caused bad effects on society,and seriously threatened people’s lives.And health,therefore,it is particularly important to discuss the social responsibilities of biopharmaceutical companies,especially their special social responsibilities.The article is divided into five parts,the introduction part introduces the research background and significance of this article,and conducts a literature review on the social responsibility of biopharmaceutical companies,and puts forward the main points of this article.The first chapter expounds the definition and connotation of biopharmaceutical and corporate social responsibility,and explains the particularity of biopharmaceutical corporate social responsibility,because the product is a biopharmaceutical,which not only concerns people’s lives and health,but also affects the entire society Environment and development.And analysis shows that corporate social responsibility includes two parts,one is to improve economic efficiency and provide the largest output for society;the other is to meet the needs of all stakeholders and treat all stakeholders fairly.Finally,in addition to the general corporate social responsibility undertaken by biopharmaceutical companies,there are three additional special social responsibilities that need to be undertaken.Chapter 2 analyzes from the research report on China’s corporate social responsibility in 2018,and finds that the pharmaceutical industry ranks second to last among the 16 industries released.The entire pharmaceutical industry’s awareness of corporate social responsibility is seriously insufficient,and biopharmaceutical companies are also not exception.It is concluded that the main problem in the development of biopharmaceutical companies in my country is the quality of biopharmaceuticals,because pharmaceuticals involve not only human health but also life.Then,through the news network,I searched for the cases of social responsibility anomie that have occurred in recent years in biopharmaceutical companies with greater impact and heavier consequences,such as the Shandong "fake vaccine" incident,the "Eternal Life" incident,and the "Qi Er medicine" incident,etc.It also reveals the problem of social responsibility anomie in bio-pharmaceutical companies in the production process,transportation and sales process and recycling steps.The third chapter analyzes the reasons from the three social responsibilities of its special medicine quality,medicine price and biological waste disposal.The fourth chapter focuses on the reasons of the above analysis,and finds that the main subjects of responsibility are the media,the government,the industry and the enterprise itself.In view of the above four aspects,the corresponding feasible measures were proposed,including leading social organizations to launch social co-governance,promoting the reform of the medical system and strengthening the government ’s law enforcement,promoting the guidance of industry associations,and strengthening corporate values and society.Responsibility building.These four levels are both independent and interrelated,and can greatly promote the construction and improvement of biopharmaceutical corporate social responsibility.
