With the rapid development of China’s economic and technological environment, residents’ demand for mental health services is increasing day by day,and the necessity of developing mental health services on the mobile side is becoming increasingly prominent. The current research on such services by researchers is not enough to explain the influence of various factors on users’ adoption of such services. At the same time,in previous studies, there is no more in-depth and detailed research content and results on the impact of different consumption types on user adoption behavior.Because the material/emotional values generated by different consumption types have different functions and characteristics for the enhancement of users’ happiness, especially the mental health service, whose service focus is to provide users with emotional experiences such as support, empathy and companionship. In its service, users can obtain more emotional experience value, which will have a more positive impact on users’ adoption behavior compared with material use value. Therefore, based on technology acceptance model(TAM),consumption type happiness theory and mental health service research, this paper integrates previous research results, further combines technology acceptance model research with consumption type happiness theory, subdivides the important influencing factor-usefulness factor in technology acceptance model into two types of consumption value factors of emotional experience and material use, then combines various potential influencing factors and completes hypothesis verification through various research methods.A questionnaire with reasonable reliability and validity index is compiled. In the form of questionnaire survey, the stepwise regression method is used to obtain the stepwise regression equation of various factors influencing the user’s usage attitude.Through analysis of variance,Scheffe,LSD,Tukey and other post hoc test,it is found that the younger the user is,the longer the usage time will also affect the user’s usage attitude. In the data analysis of recall experiment, there are significant differences in the value factors of emotional experience between the whole group and the positive group of consumer experience. There are also significant differences in F-test values between the overall and positive consumer experience groups.Based on the results of all parts of this study, the emotional experience value factor has a positive effect on the user attitude of mental health mobile services. At the same time, combined with the results of this study and previous studies, the analysis shows that usability factors have an important impact on users’ use attitude and do not change due to consumption types. The innovation of this paper lies in: integrating technology acceptance model(TAM)with consumption type happiness theory, and applying it to mental health mobile services, effectively expanding the explanation and prediction of technology acceptance model(TAM)on the usage behavior of various mobile consumer services, and expanding the relevant theory and its application scope.Secondly, this paper introduces the research method of recall experiment to effectively control the independent variables, reduce the influence of errors caused by the limitations of the questionnaire survey method itself, and more objectively reflect the usage attitudes of different consumption types towards users’ mental health mobile services.Through the complementary of regression method and experimental method, the causal relationship between consumption type factors and usage attitude is obtained. The results of this study have certain guiding significance for the development and operation of mental health mobile services. The study found that ease of use is a common factor that affects user’s use attitude, emotional value is an important factor that affects user’s use attitude, and both material use value and personal factors affect user’s use attitude. Therefore, the development of mental health mobile service development and operation needs to focus on the impact of service usability and emotional experience value on the mobile terminal.Through providing convenient and fast service experience for users,in the service function and process design, based on the logic, ethics and characteristics of mental health service, the userfriendly characteristics of the mobile terminal are fully brought into play, the learning cost of the user is effectively reduced, the user can get started as soon as possible, the strangeness and operation difficulty of the mental health mobile terminal service are reduced, the operation convenience is improved, and the positive attitude and willingness of the user to use are promoted; On the other hand,we should give full play to the role of emotional experience value in influencing users’ willingness to use.Emotional experience value is the characteristic and bright spot of mental health services. We can further promote the frequency and frequency of their use of mental health services by strengthening their willingness to use attitudes towards users.First,we should visualize their emotional experience value, fully awaken users’ consumption experience and feelings on this,so as to promote the development of their subsequent services.Secondly,we should control and ensure the service quality of emotional experience value in consumption.By controlling the consultation service process and evaluating the service quality,we can effectively ensure the quality of emotional experience value and prevent it from becoming the "invisible killer" of service. Finally,we will promote the continuous development and upgrading of our mental health service industry by enhancing the role of ease of use and emotional experience value factors in service.
