| The translation material is selected from Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 of the educational research report Monitoring Educational Equity.According to the rigorous and formal language style of the text,the paper which guided by Reiss’ s text typology,selects the translation strategy of domestication to solve the translation problem.First of all,the translator adopts conversion,addition and concrete abstract nouns to translate the abstract nouns.Secondly,some solutions such as recombination,segmentation,and combination are put forward to solve the problems of three kinds of compound sentences.In the end,this paper discusses the grammatical cohesion and lexical cohesion.In short,the basic translation principle is accurately and faithfully to convey the original information as much as possible in line with the expression habits of the target language.The report aims at provide a better translation method for information text,as well as textual cohesion.The translation of similar texts provides a reference for the establishment of relevant domestic education equity policies. |
