Research On The New Alienation Of Intelligent Labor

With the deep application of digital technology and intelligent technology in the society,intelligence and digitalization have become the main characteristics and development direction of social change,which is called intelligent society by some scholars.The profound transformation of the intelligent society has also brought about profound changes in the forms of labor and production.This reform not only did not weaken the phenomenon of alienation in the sense of Marx,but even deepened the depth of alienation.Based on the phenomenon of the deep alienation of intelligent society,this paper tries to analyze the deep alienation of intelligent labor.To study the new alienation of intelligent labor,we need to make clear the origin and development of the theory of alienation.While doing this work,this paper argues that,with the progress of technology,philosophers of different ages have greatly changed their understanding of the concept of alienation.Marx integrated the concept of alienation of Rousseau,Fichte and Hegel,and regarded alienation as the reversal of the relationship between man and his production.This kind of alienation of labor was concentrated in the machine factory.In this process,things that originally belonged to labor products began to dominate man in turn.Marcuse believed that technical rationality not only dominated the labor process,but also dominated other areas of the society due to its universality,which made the whole society become "one-dimensional" and led to the intensification of alienation.Hartmut Rosa believes that the acceleration of time leads to the subject’s discomfort with the object,and this "relation without relation" is the three-dimensional alienation,namely deep alienation.Thus it can be seen that alienation has gone through a process from point to surface and then to deep three-dimensional.It can be said that new alienation is the concentrated embodiment of deep alienation.Intelligent labor mode not only changes the way people work,but also forces people to experience a different way of life.Although intelligent labor mode is accompanied by a large number of digitization and informatization,its most distinctive feature is that workers need to cooperate with artificial intelligence,which is not only reflected in the design and maintenance of artificial intelligence,but also reflected in relying on artificial intelligence for labor.Since the individual needs to rely on the labor of others to maintain a life,the change of labor mode naturally leads to the change of life style.When people,as the subject,feel unfamiliar and uncomfortable with the accelerating changing way of work and way of life as the object,this "relation without relation" is the new alienation of intelligent way of work in reality.The theoretical significance of studying the new alienation of intelligent labor lies in sorting out and understanding the origin and development of the theory of alienation.In addition,the study of the changes in social production and life caused by the widespread application of artificial intelligence and the popularization of intelligent labor helps us to understand the role of intelligent labor mode and its alienation on social development.It is also helpful for us to recognize the current situation,objectively look at the advantages and disadvantages of intelligent labor,and respond to the new alienation of intelligent labor.
