The domestic and oversea academia has formed different perspectives surrounding the discussion between Marx and the problem of justice. At first, the focus was to figure out if we should support or oppose it through debate, and it later developed into more meticulous and detailed study, which provided inspiration and reference for understanding Marx's justice dimension. This paper agrees with the basic meaning of the "Tucker-Wood" proposition, that Marx did not condemn capitalism in the name of justice. However, this paper does not agree to reduce the justice dimension, which is a part of Marx's thought,to just the concept of legal rights, nor to view normative factors as false ideology. It helps to broaden the understanding of Marx's thought of justice, which exits outside the concept of legal rights, when one examines the classical thought of justice and the city-state paradigm, especially Aristotle's theory of justice.Following Marx's research method of “Discovering new world by criticizing the old world”,within his critiques of bourgeois liberalism, utilitarianism,Proudhonism and Lassalle's view of justice are the ideological resources for constructing the theory of justice.Marx's thought has normative dimension, morality does not play an ideological role under all the conditions.People can have moral concepts even in a classless society. We should try to build Marx's theory of justice on this basis. This theory of justice would include the aspects of below: historical justice based on social reality, dialectical justice that includes negative dimensions, and overall justice that cover all aspects of society. Finally, the value of this justice theory will orient towards human liberation.
