Research On The Optimization Path Of Public Cultural Services In Chongqing Street Community In Changchun City

With the progress of the times and the development of the economy,the people’s demand for spiritual and cultural life is increasing day by day.The supply of community public cultural services closely related to it is placed in a particularly important position.Chongqing Street in Changchun City is an old community developed earlier in Changchun City.There is a certain lag in the level of public cultural services,such as insufficient public cultural infrastructure,single type of public cultural services,and uneven quality of relevant practitioners.It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the optimization path of community public cultural services.This paper takes the optimization of the public cultural service path of Chongqing Street Community in Changchun as the research object,adopts the methods of literature research,case analysis,comparative research,questionnaire survey,etc.,starts with the related concepts of "community" and "public cultural service",and takes the new public administration theory,public culture theory and digital inequality theory as theoretical tools,On the basis of full investigation and research,this paper combs the current situation of public cultural services in Chongqing street communities in Changchun.While summarizing the achievements,it focuses on the problems existing in public cultural services,such as imperfect public cultural services related systems,unreasonable allocation of facilities and resources,low level of public cultural services,and single subject of public cultural services.The causes are mainly caused by the misunderstanding of the concept of public cultural services,the lack of ability of relevant practitioners,the insufficient understanding of residents’ needs,and the imperfect linkage mechanism of public cultural services.Based on the actual situation and domestic advanced experience,this paper puts forward the basic path to optimize the public cultural services of Chongqing street communities from the aspects of improving the management system of public cultural services,strengthening the protection of public cultural services resources,strengthening the protection of public cultural services talent team,and strengthening the protection of residents’ cultural rights.This paper holds that Chongqing Street in Changchun contains many communities with complex situations,and the research on the optimization path of public cultural services is a systematic and complex subject.While paying attention to the urban economic and material development,we should pay more attention to the feedback of development achievements to the society in a universal way,especially the communities with insufficient public cultural facilities,so that residents can have a better sense of experience and enhance their happiness!...
