The Application And Reflection Of Texture Techniques In Contemporary Meticulous Figure Painting

As an important category in traditional Chinese painting,meticulous figure painting has unique characteristics in terms of expression,painting style,and technical vocabulary after more than two thousand years of inheritance and development.With the reform and opening up,people’s material and spiritual living standards have been significantly improved,coupled with the impact of Western art and culture,people’s aesthetic perspective and creative concept have been affected.Against this background,painters in the new era actively explored the artistic language in meticulous figure painting,and applied new techniques and new concepts to their creations.It expresses its own emotions,shows its own artistic taste and cultural pattern,and further promotes the development of contemporary meticulous figure painting in a diversified direction.The meticulous figure painting studied in this paper is limited to the definition of contemporary,and the main research is the application and performance of texture techniques in contemporary meticulous figure painting,and reflections through personal practice in graduation creation.The first is a brief overview of the meaning,characteristics and types of texture.Secondly,it sorts out the inheritance of drawing tools in traditional Chinese painting and the innovation and development in contemporary meticulous figure painting.The development is explained,and the significance of using texture techniques in the picture is expounded through five aspects: the medium itself,the objects in the painting,the artistic conception of the picture,the artist’s individual,and the contemporary meticulous figure painting.Finally,combined with the meticulous figure painting created by me,I expounded the selection of the creative theme and texture production materials,and through the analysis of the specific works,the application and performance of the falling method,the ink flushing method and the color accumulation method in the personal creation were introduced in detail.Then,according to the creative practice,it will explain the personal artistic experience and summarize the reflection.
