At present,the rapid development of the Internet,particularly the quick development of mobile Internet,has profoundly changed the way people access information and their behavior patterns in this era,and has had a huge impact on people's work and life.The gradual formation of this new pattern of government affairs has led governments at all levels to pay more and more attention to the construction and use of governmental We Chat in practice.Through governmental We Chat,various information of government departments can be quickly transmitted.Many daily governmental functions are integrated into governmental We Chat,which greatly improves administrative efficiency.Therefore,the construction and use of We Chat for government affairs has become a new topic and an important task faced by various government departments.At the same time,due to the guarantee and extensive nature of taxation in national governance,it is related to all aspects of society.Especially in recent years,the taxation reform has been intensified,and new taxation policies have been promulgated,which have brought deep-level changes and adjustments.A series of hot issues have attracted widespread attention from the society.Based on the analysis of the current status of governmental We Chat development at all levels of government and its application in various fields,this paper analyzes the role of Tax We Chat in tax services based on P city's Tax We Chat account,and draws the following conclusions.First of all,this paper researched and analyzed the management practice and application of Tax We Chat in P city,and found that the public account of Tax We Chat in P city has maintained a high level of operation among the governmental We Chat accounts of government departments,with a large number of fans and high quality information push.At the same time,P City's Tax We Chat has a relatively complete set of functions and has the foundation to provide the public with high-quality tax services.Secondly,this paper contains interviews with some of the internal staff of the tax department of P city,from the perspective of internal staff,and analyzed the shortcomings of P city's Tax We Chat,including public opinion response,overall planning and organizational structure,and information processing processes.At the same time,some taxpayers also conducted surveys in the form of questionnaires,and learned that their views on the city's Tax We Chat are currently being further improved in tax promotion,government affairs disclosure and tax services.Combining internal and external investigations,it is found that although the current operation level of the Tax We Chat in City P is relatively high,it still needs to be improved and optimized in the above aspects.Finally,combined with the research of the whole paper,five countermeasures are proposed for governmental We Chat in tax services.The first is to improve the organizational structure and strengthen the top-level design of Tax We Chat.The second is to attach importance to the integration of resources and to ensure efficient tax publicity with professionalism.The third is to make good use of the Internet thinking and promote the openness of government affairs with Tax We Chat.The fourth is to build a full We Chat terminal function application to improve the level of tax services.The fifth is to use We Chat to respond efficiently to resolve public opinion.
