A Survey Report On The Construction Of Community Workers In Dalian

After the two sessions,the central government took 2019 as the "grassroots burden reduction year",in order to reduce the burden at the grass-roots level and boost the spirit of entrepreneurship among grass-roots officers.However,the heavy work burden and low treatment in Dalian community workers,the "grass-roots"group,is a very common and prominent problem,Dalian municipal government in the community and community workers in the management and construction of a lot of room for improvement.In order to promote the development and construction of community workers in Dalian and consolidate the grass-roots foundation of building a harmonious society,this paper tries to objectively grasp the working conditions of community workers in Dalian.Understand the difficulties and problems of community and community workers,express the actual needs of community workers and their suggestions on community development and construction,reflect the achievements and problems in the construction of community workers in Dalian.This paper discusses the direct relationship between community workers' work well-being and work performance,hopes to improve community workers' work performance by improving community workers' work well-being,and puts forward targeted and feasible policy suggestions for Dalian municipal government to reduce the work burden of community workers and establish reasonable and effective treatment guarantee mechanism.This paper consists of five parts:The first chapter,introduction:mainly introduces the research background and purpose,domestic and foreign research status,research methods and related concepts.The second chapter,the whole process of investigation:mainly explained the survey object and sampling process,the design idea of the questionnaire,the construction of the model,the reliability and validity test of the scale,the collection and input of the data,and so on.The third chapter,Dalian City community workers work results analysis:the results of the questionnaire statistics and collation,from the community as a whole,community workers personal situation objectively reflects the current situation of community workers in Dalian City,and through the measurement of community workers' work well-being and work performance,verify that there is a significant positive relationship between the two,and draw a conclusion that improving community workers' work well-being can effectively improve their work performance.Chapter four,analysis of the problems faced by community workers in Dalian:from the analysis of the survey results,summarized the achievements in the construction of community workers:first,community workers have completed a large number of complex work;second,community office environment conditions have improved,community workers have been further strengthened;third,the government to improve treatment,morale,confidence,community workers still expect to increase income;fourth,a strong sense of responsibility and selfless dedication to serve the people to support community workers selfless work.The main problems of community workers are summarized as follows:first,a large amount of work is pressing down on the community,which leads to the overburdening of community work;second,the implementation of the community work admission system is difficult and many jobs are not suitable for decentralization to the community;third,the funding for community management is insufficient;fourth,the wage treatment of community workers needs to be further improved,the wage system needs to be further improved,and various subsidies need to be further increased;fifthly,the proportion of men and women in the community workers is unbalanced,and the pressure of male workers is greater;sixthly,the development prospects of community workers are limited and there is no promotion channel.The fifth chapter,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction and development of community workers in Dalian:according to the above discussion,the policy suggestions with pertinence and feasibility are put forward.First,increase government investment,match the ranks of community workers according to the standards,and further improve the level of community infrastructure construction;second,from the reality,through research and research,scientifically and accurately define the scope of community responsibilities,reduce the burden of community work;third,improve the level of treatment of community workers,effectively change the status quo of high-paid and low-income community workers,further stimulate the enthusiasm of community workers,ensure the stability of the community team;fourth,broaden the professional channels of community workers,attract more talented people;Fifth,strengthen the training and education of community workers,improve the overall construction of community workers,serve the community residents,implement higher policies and resolve contradictions and disputes.The innovation of this paper is that through the field investigation carried out in five districts of Dalian City,based on large-scale objective data and cross-professional introduction of psychological measurement indicators,scientific statistical methods are used to analyze and discuss.The concrete measures of Dalian community worker team construction are put forward.Most of the existing research on job well-being and job performance in China is based on enterprise employees,doctors and teachers,and hardly involves community workers.This paper can not only enrich the theoretical system of the relationship between job well-being and job performance,but also introduce the research angle of this theory into the research of public management,so it has certain theoretical value in the system and perspective.
