Research On Social Work Intervention In Rural Empty-nest Elderly Care Services From The Perspective Of Active Aging

With the deepening of the aging of China's society and the acceleration of the urbanization process,the number of rural empty-nesters is increasing.China's rapid development of the aging trend,not only increased the burden of social care,but also to the rural home care service system posed a severe test.Under the new society and new trend,the elderly care service demands of rural empty-nesters are more diversified.How to meet their diversified service demands while coping with the aging society is an urgent problem for the country and society to solve.The concept of active aging just found a new breakthrough to solve this problem.Based on this,this study takes the empty-nesters in L village as the research object,and uses methods such as literature collection,semi-structured interview and participatory observation to investigate the status quo of old-age care services in L village and the demands of old-age care services for the empty-nesters.According to the demands of the empty-nesters in L village in life care,medical care,intelligent technology and fraud prevention,the scheme of social work intervention in the elderly care service of the empty-nesters in L village was designed.Taking active aging as the research perspective,the social work practice framework composed of knowledge,ability and participation is established by combining the three dimensions of active aging concept,"health,participation and security",with the elderly care service demands of empty nesters in L village.Around this framework of practice,social workers have carried out corresponding community and group activities.Although there are in the process of service emptynesters insufficient understanding of social work,participation enthusiasm is not high,but also to a certain extent to empty nesters to propaganda the idea active aging,encouraging its continue to participate in social activities,guide them to learn new knowledge,and help them actively integrated into the intelligent era,thus successfully across the "digital divide",Realize the value of life.
