Research On The Governance Of L Community In Qufu City From The Perspective Of Holistic Governance

Urban communities not only carry the political,economic,social and cultural life of urban residents,but also build bridges for communication and exchanges between the government and urban residents.With the development of my country's economy and society,more and more functions of cities need to be undertaken by urban communities.As the most basic governance unit in urban communities,the issue of community governance has attracted more and more attention and attention from the government and urban residents.With the progress of urban residents' governance consciousness,urban residents are increasingly involved in community governance,and urban residents have begun to pay more attention to whether community construction and community development can meet their own production and life needs.Therefore,urban residents have also put forward higher and higher requirements for the level and ability of community governance.However,due to the unbalanced and inadequate urban development in our country,the problem of urban community governance has also arisen.Improving the level of urban community governance and solving urban community governance issues will help improve the quality of life of residents,maintain urban social stability,and promote the development of urban society.At present,there are many researches and discussions on urban community governance in academic circles,which also provide ideas and guidance for solving practical problems.With the rapid development of economy,the overall progress of society and the improvement of residents' governance consciousness,the related problems of urban community governance have emerged in an endless stream.These problems have affected the construction and development of urban communities,so it is more and more urgent to study urban community governance.In this paper,L community in Qufu City is selected as the research object,and the existing problems of urban community governance are studied by combining the methods of literature research,field investigation and in-depth interview with the theory of holistic governance as the theoretical basis.The first chapter summarizes the research background and meaning,research actuality,research ideas and methods,innovation and deficiencies.The second chapter defines the concept of community and community governance,and explains the holistic governance theory and other governance theories.The third chapter summarizes the basic situation and current situation of L community governance in Qufu City by means of field research and interview.The fourth chapter analyzes the status quo of L community governance in Qufu City,and finds that the current problems of community governance mainly include low level of community autonomy,prominent problems of administrative intervention in the community,insufficient capacity of public service supply,and imperfect community governance process.Community governance problems are mainly caused by the fragmentation of governance concept,governance power,governance resources and governance functions.The fifth chapter,using the logic of the theory of holistic governance,constructs the path of community holistic governance from the aspects of the concept,system,resources and methods of community governance.
