A Study Of Peasant Economic Interests In The Period Of Lenin's New Economic Policy

As an important part of Lenin's theory of farmer problem,Lenin's thought of farmers' economic interests in the period of new economic policy is the inheritance and development of Marxist thought of farmers' economic interests,which has rich scientific connotation and practical value.An in-depth study of this thought is not only deepen our understanding of Leninism,but also can better guide our country to deal with the "three rural" issues,especially to solve the problem of farmers' economic interests.Based on the in-depth study of Lenin's thought of farmers' economic interests in the period of new economic policy,this paper further explores the realistic enlightenment of this thought by means of literature research,logic and history,theory and practice,inductive analysis and other research methods.The research content of this paper mainly includes four parts:The first part mainly studies the theoretical basis and realistic background of Lenin's thought of farmers' economic interests during the period of new economic policy.From the perspective of theoretical basis,Marx and Engels' theoretical viewpoints on agriculture,land,worker-peasant alliance and social support are the important theoretical sources of Lenin's thought on farmers' economic interests during the period of new economic policy.From the realistic background,the wartime communist period caused serious damage to the farmers' economy in Soviet Russia,which was the main realistic basis for the formation of the farmers' economic interests thought during the period of Lenin's new economic policy.The second part mainly studies the basic content of Lenin's thought of farmers' economic interests during the period of new economic policy,which mainly includes two aspects: firstly,Lenin's theoretical interpretation of the economic,political and social significance of safeguarding farmers' economic interests;Secondly,Lenin's design of policies and measures to safeguard the economic interests of farmers,which mainly included vigorously developing agriculture,adjusting grain policies,reforming land policies,developing rural commerce and free trade,and strengthening state support.The third part mainly studies the theoretical characteristics and practical effects of Lenin's thought of farmers' economic interests during the period of new economic policy.Through the first two parts of Lenin's new economic policy period of farmers' economic interests of the exploration is not difficult to find that the theoretical characteristics of the thought is mainly manifested as strategic,innovative,close to the people and practical.At the same time,the historical facts show that Lenin's thought of farmers' economic interests during the period of new economic policy also produced better practical effects,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: firstly,it improved farmers' living conditions and raised their enthusiasm for production;Secondly,it has promoted the good development of rural economy and improved the national economy;Thirdly,it enhanced the farmers' recognition of socialism and consolidated the Soviet regime.The fourth part mainly studies the realistic enlightenment of Lenin's thought of farmers' economic interests during the period of new economic policy.Theory originates from practice and guides practice,Lenin's thought of farmers' economic interests during the period of new economic policy inspires us that we should attach great importance to farmers' economic interests,strengthen the benefit of grain policy to farmers,deepen the reform of rural land system,accelerate the agricultural modernization,accelerate the development of rural market economy and so on.
