Research On The Development And Governance Of Rural Society In Guizhou In The New Era

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee put forward that the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity is the long-term goal of 2035.The key work of rural governance in the 14 th Five Year Plan period is to realize the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas and consolidate the effective connection between poverty alleviation achievements and Rural Revitalization.The modernization of rural governance is an important part of comprehensively deepening reform and realizing the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.At present,under the policy environment of poverty alleviation,urban-rural integrated development,small town construction and rural revitalization,rural social development has achieved some results,and the production and living environment for farmers to live and work in peace and contentment has been basically formed.In the new era,under the promotion of national policies and the joint efforts of Guizhou people,rural social development in some areas is good,rural industry development is orderly,farmers' income is increasing,and rural governance presents an unprecedented state of harmonious development.In order to promote the development of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in Guizhou more effectively,and constantly improve the rural social outlook in minority areas and poverty-stricken areas,this paper studies from the following aspects:Firstly,it analyzes the theoretical sources of rural development and governance from the perspective of political science and sociology,and expounds the scientificity and correctness of promoting the modernization of rural governance in the new era.Secondly,the goal of rural development and development is to achieve the goal of good governance.Third,through the investigation and research,this paper summarizes the practical activities and experience of rural development and governance in Guizhou in the new era,fully affirms the great efforts made by Guizhou people in promoting rural social development,and points out some outstanding problems.Fourth,according to the actual situation of Guizhou,explore the specific path to promote the modernization of rural governance in Guizhou,and put forward solutions.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to ensure the effective implementation of the specific path of rural governance modernization.This paper holds that rural social development is positively related to the level of rural economic development and modernization of governance;The governance of politics,economy,society,culture and ecology in rural areas are complementary and interrelated.Only by adhering to the "five in one" coordinated development of rural society is the correct choice to promote the modernization of rural governance and the inevitable trend to realize the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
