Casework Intervention Research On The Improvement Of Social Interaction Ability Of The Elderly Who Migrated With Them

In recent years,with the rapid development of our country's economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization,young rural laborers have mostly chosen to leave their homes to seek opportunities in big cities.Part of their parents are based on the needs of seeking family reunion or taking care of the third generation,actively or passively going to the city to live with their children.It is not a simple matter for the elderly with migrants to leave their hometowns to live in the city.Looking at the domestic and foreign literature,they face many adaptability problems in the process of migrants.Among them,the problem of social interaction is the most prominent,and the quality of social interaction directly reflects In all aspects of the community's daily life,good social interaction is a sign of the elderly adapting to urban life.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the abilities of migrants in social interaction.This study selects the Jianxin community in Longzihu District,Bengbu City,Anhui Province as the research site.Firstly,30 elderly people who migrate with the community are collected in the form of a questionnaire survey,and the data are collected.It is concluded that the elderly people who migrate with J community are generally in the community.There are five problems in social interaction: a certain degree of social phobia,inadequate communication within the family,low frequency of the original relationship network,shallow connection with community residents and staff,and a weak sense of belonging to the community.After analysis,it is concluded that the social difficulties of the elderly who move with them are mainly caused by low self-identity,insufficient family intergenerational support,relatively single social style,unsatisfactory interactive environment,and insufficient attention from the community and staff.According to the questionnaire survey,one of the typical representative H is selected for case service,and the observation method and interview method are used to further understand the client and carry out needs assessment.The case service is based on social support theory and superior perspective theory,using psychological counseling,family interviews and other methods to intervene.According to the service objectives,six services were conducted in a targeted manner.First,it helped the client to establish a sense of self-identity,and discovered his potential to increase confidence.Secondly,it linked the client's family resources to help the client and their children communicate better to improve the family's contribution to the client.Emotional support network to meet emotional needs.Then through family talks with children to teach the client to use the video function,on the basis of consolidating the family's emotional support and mutual understanding of the client,use the Internet to link the original social network,increase the frequency of interaction between the two,and make the client have more emotional support,more self-confidence.Then,by linking the resources of the elderly in the community to provide social network support to the client's similar groups,the client's expression and communication skills are improved,and the linking of the indigenous people in the community is to give the client's different types of peer support to further enhance their communication.Finally,link the resources of the community and workers to provide the client with a broader social platform and opportunities,construct a good interactive environment,make the community and its workers pay more attention to the elderly group,and make the elderly more belonging to the community sense,and constantly improve social communication skills in social interactions.Research has found that the comprehensive implementation of social support theory and advantage perspectives in the service can effectively enhance the willingness and ability of the elderly to socialize with migrants.Through relevant assessments and summary reflections,the author believes that case work is more targeted in helping elderly migrants to improve their social communication skills and can effectively enhance the client's social self-confidence.With the expansion of social channels,elderly migrants can be better integrated community.This research has a certain reference signficance for improving the social communication ability of the elderly who move with them.
