A Study Of Environmental Group Events From The Perspective Of Political Systems Theory

At the special period of the social transition,our country has experienced the high economic development,accelerated interest differentiation and more social conflicts.Our country has already entered a risk society.The incidents caused by environment issues has become a major political issue.Based on this,this article is in an attempt to explore the deep-seated reasons of environmental mass incidents and suggest a new way to solve incidents.This article starts with the definition of environmental mass incidents,and introduces the concepts of mass incidents and environmental mass incidents to define the concept and analyze its characteristics,and puts this concept in the perspective of political system theory.Next,a political system analysis framework for environmental mass events is proposed.Then,two typical cases of environmental mass incidents are introduced,and the process of environmental mass incidents is divided into three stages,which are analyzed by the request and support input,Policy and behavior output and feedback links in the political system theory.Finally,this paper proposes to strengthen the support and demand input of the political system,improve the output of the political system,optimize the system construction of the feedback loop of the political system,and provide a path for preventing and resolving environmental group events.
