Study On The Influence Of Native Family On College Students' Psychological Adaptability

College is a transitional period for college students after they leave home and enter the society.It is a golden period for mental adaptability training and cultivation.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the mental adaptability of college students.As the initial place for socialization of every college student,the family of origin has a self-evident influence on the psychological adaptability of college students.Based on the family system theory,this paper decomposes the family system,and then studies the impact of the family of origin on the psychological resilience of college students with their own cognition of the impact of the family of origin.Using the research method of quantitative questionnaire and qualitative interview,the research content mainly includes three parts:the family background influence research,the family subsystem and the interaction influence research,the university student cognition factor influence research.It is found that family background determines the basic level of college students'psychological adaptation.Parents' marriage quality and parent-child relationship in the family have a direct impact on college students' psychological resilience.The higher the parents' marriage quality and the more harmonious parent-child relationship are,the higher the college students' psychological resilience level will be.When the parents'marriage quality is lower and the parent-child relationship is less harmonious,the college students' psychological resilience level will be lower.College students who adopt a positive attitude towards the parenting style of their original family have a higher level of psychological adaptability than those who adopt a negative attitude.At the end of the paper,some Suggestions with the characteristics of social work are put forward.From the perspective of family social work,the cognitive factors of college students' own influence on the original family will be combined with the rational emotion therapy mode,and the family system influence part will be combined with the family structure therapy mode.It can strengthen the positive function of family and weaken the negative effect of family.A deeper understanding of the impact of family on college students' psychological adaptation is of great significance for social work to strengthen college students' psychological resilience level.
