Research On The Training Mode Of Reserve Talents For Children's Table Tennis

The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of the cultivation concept of"combination of sports and education" on the cultivation of table tennis reserve talents in xi 'an TieWu primary school.This paper analyzes the direction of sustainable development and highlights of the cultivation method of "campus popularizationcampus club" for table tennis reserve talents in TieWu primary school.Combined with the development trend of children's table tennis in China,this paper explores the reasons why xi'an tie Wu primary school has made remarkable achievements in the cultivation of reserve talents,made outstanding contributions to table tennis and gained a long reputation in this city.Backup talent cultivation is the foundation of the sustainable development of competitive sports,the current our country back up in training mode constantly improve and continue to explore,from the initial "sports schoolsprofessional leagues-international" under the system of national traditional sports industry level 3 training mode to constantly change gradually transition to the"combination" cultivation mode,but the progressive significance of "teaching" training mode is groping,school sports is the practitioner of this mode,the part and pay attention to the problems in the process of develop increasingly,become the main factors influencing the reserve personnel training,These problems include the school site investment,the coaches' teaching ability,the conflicts between the athletes' learning and training time,the athletes' promotion and transfer path,the parents' and the social recognition,and so on.These problems require the theoretical and practical circles to continuously explore solutions and establish models.This paper adopts the method of literature and materials,and collects relevant materials extensively by books and the Internet to analyze and demonstrate.Logical analysis method is adopted to collect relevant data and analyze and sort out relevant academic viewpoints.Field research is conducted to interview experienced coaches and players in the field of table tennis,so as to understand the obstacles encountered in the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive table tennis and the future development trend.By listening to the opinions and Suggestions of experts on the subject research design,and taking the table tennis players and coaches of xi'an TieWu primary school as the investigation objects through the form of questionnaire,we can understand the basic situation and development trend of the coaches and athletes of xi 'an TieWu primary school and provide a basis for the analysis and demonstration of the whole paper.The following results are obtained:In 2002,the school invested more than 5 million yuan to set up a high-standard table tennis training hall,covering an area of 1,000 square meters,divided into three floors,equipped with professional lights and plastic floors,which can be placed 20 tables,laying the foundation for classroom development and team training.At the same time,it provides convenient transportation for after-school table tennis training,guarantees the safety of outdoor training,and reduces the cost of after-school club training for parents.2.The school attaches great importance to the training of teachers,and the number of coach team members is increasing,getting younger and more professional.Since the establishment of the team in 1995,the coach team has gradually improved from the original high school and college education without professional table tennis coaches to the national famous sports colleges and universities with undergraduate and postgraduate table tennis coaches.3.The gender and age structure of the reserve talents in tie5 primary school are reasonably distributed,with male and female members accounting for 53.3%and 46.7%of the total number respectively.The age structure is divided into two levels:less than 8 years old and 8-11 years old.4.Technical types of table tennis players in tie5 primary school,there were 5 left-handed players and 25 right-handed players,accounting for 16.7%and 83.3%of the total number of players respectively.There are 26 people on the horizontal board and 4 people on the vertical board,accounting for 86.7%and 13.3%of the total number of people respectively.5.There are various forms of sports organization,mainly including the following:annual training plan,multi-year training plan,stage training plan,weekly training plan and class hour training plan,which account for 44.4%,1 1.1%,55.6%,22.2%and 22.2%respectively.6.In terms of the structure of the academic class ranking of the athletes in this school,43.3%of the students have excellent performance,46.7%of the students have good performance,and 10%of the students have general performance.7."combination of sports and education" has obvious advantages.Parents of the surveyed tiel5 primary school students support their children's participation in table tennis training,accounting for 53.3%.In 2019,7 players were admitted to no.1 middle school of railway,6 were admitted to no.1 high school of GaoXin,9 were admitted to affiliated middle school of Shaanxi normal university,and 8 were admitted to xi 'an middle school.In the same year,li JingYao,a former member of this school,was admitted to east China normal university.Conclusions and recommendations are as follows:1.The table tennis association training team of xi 'an tie no.5 primary school has a reasonable layout and a solid foundation,gradually forming a table tennis training taining mode with the characteristics of tie no.5 primary school sports.2,city of xi "an iron five small table tennis with some high quality education resources,talents to strengthen and promote the sports training and academic cooperation formed on the basis of the three-dimensional complement each other and win-win situation of personnel training,for many years continuously for the city,colleges and universities,the provincial team and international transportation at the beginning of large Numbers of excellent table tennis talent,is the most outstanding in the backup talent cultivation unit.3,due to the smaller players age,imperfect action model,the movement skill grasp,physical quality is still in development stage,to the coaching staff according to the physiology of the green children's physical development,sports training and other training under the guidance of scientific theory,and children's psychological behavior development is immature,incomplete technical and tactical master,need to coach their aptitude guiding scientific training according to different individuals.4.Strengthen the continuous cooperation with the primary and senior universities,and promote the probability of special students to enter the elite schools on the premise of ensuring their sports performance.
