Media Presentation Of Power-related Sexual Crime On Women

At the end of 2017,the # MeToo of the women's affirmative action campaign was in full swing,and women's spontaneous narration of the encounter of power abuse became a social issue that the media focused on.Relying on the historical tradition,it is a young and bold topic for women in the country to discuss or sue for power abuse in China.In all kinds of media,the women involved in the affair from the vague scandal,power blame and beauty and evil gradually out of the label of male accessories showed a clearer appearance,at the same time,it was accompanied by a series of ethical anomie and rape myth.This study mainly adopts four methods of case analysis,content analysis,text analysis and in-depth interview.Cases has been selected from four typical events in China since 2017.Content analysis used Baidu as sampling platform and was combined with media gender sensitive indicators and Fairklav three-dimensional framework theory,in turn,text,discourse,social three-dimensional category were coded.Text analysis,with the help of Halliday system functional grammar sentence-by-sentence interpretation,was a text with communication effectiveness.Finally,combined with the relevant content of in-depth interviews analysis,problems and countermeasures was put forward.The results show that,through content analysis,the characters of text orientation are mostly victims,and there are differences between male gaze and materialized female.In the discourse dimension,there are some gender differences in the number of words and pictures,and there are some differences between the degree of sex discrimination and the type of sex difference in different events.There are many anomie phenomena in the social media,and there is a correlation between them and rape myth.Through the text analysis method,the media of different events have showed the key legal concepts,such as vague interpretation,unprovoked invisibility of men involved,sexual assault attributed to female individuals,polarized populist tendency and so on.In this paper,the media of power-related sexual assault on women is summarized.There are many misreadings about sexual assault and women.Sexual assault is prone to fall into conspiracy theory hypothesis and become ambiguous power games.Finally,by drawing on the excellent cases of related events,we can provide the media with the presentation method of power-related sexual assault from the three-dimensional construction of femininity,female image and female body.
