standards,clear personnel training requirements."Core literacy" as a hot research direction of China's current education reform,many scholars focus on students,but the research on teachers,another main body of education reform,is rare.As the core figure leading the transformation of talent training mode,teachers,while guiding students to understand the surrounding world,also appear in front of students as an important part of the surrounding world,must enable teachers to change from the concept,behavior and attitude,that is,to cultivate teachers' core literacy,in order to consciously cultivate students' core literacy.However,the development of core literacy of physical education teachers is particularly important in the discipline of physical education.By consulting a large number of documents,the author found that there is no perfect research on the core literacy of high school physical education teachers.Therefore,this study takes the 2017 edition of the general high school physical education and health curriculum standard as the starting point,takes the core literacy of high school physical education teachers as the research goal,guides the dimensions of the core literacy indicators of high school physical education teachers with reference to the core literacy of physical education disciplines,and formulates the core literacy questionnaire of high school physical education teachers for questionnaire survey,so as to understand and analyze the current high school physical education teachers in Nanchang Whether the body can meet the core qualityrequirements of physical education to guide students.This paper adopts the methods of literature,Delphi,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis On the basis of reading books related to pedagogy,school physical education and psychology,this paper uses Delphi method to analyze whether the physical education teachers of Nanchang high school have the core quality of physical education as described in the 2017 edition of physical education and health curriculum standard for general high school.Their quality includes three dimensions of sports ability,healthy behavior and sports morality.According to the three dimensions of the core quality of physical education,sports ability,healthy behavior and sports morality.The first and second index dimensions are subdivided and the corresponding questionnaire is formulated to have a comprehensive understanding of the core literacy status of high school PE teachers in Nanchang.According to the research results,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The value orientation of core literacy of high school PE teachers in Nanchang city takes into account the successful completion of middle school PE education and cultivates the students who meet the core literacy of PE discipline.The main contents are divided into three dimensions: sports ability and habit,health knowledge and behavior,sports emotion and character,21 points in total.According to the evaluation of experts,21 key points of these three dimensions can better reflect the main content of the core quality of high school PE teachers in Nanchang city.(2)The current investigation shows that except for the low score of "improving skills and systematic health knowledge",the overall level of core literacy of high school PE teachers in Nanchang city is in an acceptable range,among which gender,professional title,highest education background,region and school category have a greater impact on the overall level of core literacy of middle school PE teachers.On the whole,male teachers,teachers with senior professional titles,teachers with bachelor's degree and school teachers with high school level have higher core literacy level.(3)On the basis of the investigation of the current situation,guided by the theory of teachers' re education,with reference to a large number of relevant literature,combined with the objective conditions of physical education teachers and the specific working conditions and living conditions,this paper preliminarily puts forward the development path of the core quality of Physical Education teachers in Nanchang high school,which mainly includes: paying attention to the curriculumsetting of pre service physical education teachers,creating the whole process model of educational practice,and optimizing The current system of P.E.Teachers' professional development and the comprehensive form of P.E.Teachers' post vocational education.
